Walk to the Beach! Coastal Villa w Large Balcony!

Summary:
Our newly renovated 2 BR/2 BA Fiddler's Cove villa is available for rent! Located on the quiet third floor, 24E is spacious and modern. The kitchen features new cabinets, quartz countertops, GE appliances, and floating shelves. Behind barn doors are the washer, dryer, and pantry. Updated bathrooms have new vanities and tile. The dining area includes a coffee/wine bar and seating for six. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, side chairs, and a 65-inch TV.

The Space:
Just off the living area, the expansive balcony is a wonderful space for entertaining friends or relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! The balcony truly extends the living area to the outdoors. A large sitting area is furnished with a cushioned sofa and side chairs which are anchored by an outdoor rug. There is an eating area with a glass topped dining table for al fresco dining on those mild Hilton Head evenings. Two lighted ceiling fans will keep you comfortable and cool.
The beach is a five minute walk from the villa, and we have provided beach supplies In the storage closet on the balcony. You will find 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything.
The primary bedroom, decorated in soothing colors and textures, features sliding door access to the spacious balcony. Walk through the pocket door to a lovely ensuite bath with a glass-enclosed, tiled shower. When it’s time to unwind after a day of fun and sun, you can turn on the ceiling fan and stretch out on the queen bed topped with a Dreamcloud Premier mattress. If you’re able to stay awake, cuddle up under the cozy throw and watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch wall mounted TV. The room offers plenty of storage space for your things.
The guest bedroom is a second sanctuary, decorated in various hues of blue. It features a queen-sized bed with a Purple mattress. Relax with a good book or watch TV before resting up for your next adventure! The room is furnished with a dresser, 2 spacious night tables, and a closet, offering plenty of storage.
Just off the guest bedroom is the hall bath. It too has been totally updated, featuring a new vanity and beautiful tile work on the floor and around the tub. This bathroom is convenient for bathing the kids or unwinding in the soaking tub yourself!
The hall features open shelving with baskets in case you need extra space. Look in the baskets for the sheets for the pull-out sofa and beach towels.

Upon arrival, guests will receive passes that grant access through the gated entrance, ensuring privacy and safety throughout their stay. Once inside the community, accessing the condo is hassle-free with a door code provided, offering seamless entry without the need for keys. This streamlined process allows guests to focus on enjoying their vacation while benefiting from the security measures and amenities of Fiddler's Cove.

• Fiddler’s Cove is a gated community with 24-hour security
• There are 2 heated and cooled pools; one near the clubhouse and one visible from our balcony
• The larger pool was re-tiled in December 2023 and provides 25-yard lap lanes.
• The hot tub is next to the large pool, very close to our villa.
• There are 7 Har-Tru Tennis courts and 6 Har-Tru Pickleball courts steps away, so you can play to your heart’s content!
• The clubhouse provides recreation space with a ping pong table, corn hole, a fitness room, and racquetball courts.
• There are play areas with swings throughout the complex
• There are several grilling /picnic areas with both propane and charcoal as options.
• Bike racks are located throughout the complex. Note: Hilton Head has 60 miles of bike paths, so bike riding and bike rental are very popular. If you rent bikes, they will be delivered and picked up at Fiddler’s Cove.

Getting Around:
On Hilton Head Island, transportation options are unique compared to larger cities. While the availability of Ubers and taxis can be limited, guests staying at our unit in Fiddler's Cove will have the convenience of their own car, ensuring easy access to explore the island at their own pace. Additionally, many visitors opt for an alternative mode of transportation by renting bikes, which is a popular and eco-friendly way to get around the island. With numerous bike paths and scenic routes, biking becomes not only a practical means of transportation but also a delightful way to immerse oneself in the island's natural beauty and laid-back atmosphere. It's important to note that relying solely on Ubers or taxis may pose challenges due to limited availability, making personal vehicles or bikes the preferred choices for navigating Hilton Head Island during your stay.
