A great long weekend!

Had a great stay, the family and I really enjoyed the property. It was a lovely home great for the kids. The hosts were great and ensured our stay was perfect. Thanks agian for a perfect get away with our family.

We truly enjoyed our weekend staying in the Stone House. Visiting the local wineries, Pelee Island and the selection of garden centres and flower farms. Will definitely be booking again.

Peaceful stone house stay

The stone house offered a comfortable and clean home to return to after a day of adventuring in the nearby towns. Waking up to see mini donkeys and ponies across the driveway was a real hit with our teen daughters. Being able to walk around Colasanti's after lunch, a quick 30 minute drive into Windsor for local attractions, and enjoying the variety of restaurants in both Leamington and Kingsville meant everyone was able to have fun!

Pleasant stay

Comfortable beds and nice home to stay in, but low basement ceiling reduced our enjoyment of property. (Tall family!) Kitchen was mostly adequate but we had to visit a store to get items that weren't there.

The agency looking after the interaction with the guest did not do a good job,

The Dream Team doing the communication offered too much info to start and missed the communication that I needed. All I wanted once the 24 hour came was an address and how to open the door. They sent long emails which I did not want to read while driving and missed the info I needed. The address was sent but I had to phone them to find out how to open the door. I expected that there would be a booklet about the property, There was none, so we had to contact the Dream team for minor information. Beds and towels were all excellent. The upstairs bathroom is tiny and it services 3 double bedrooms. Luckily we only had 4 people using the washroom. The toilet seat needs replacing.I would not rent this place again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the beds and towels to be excellent. The upstairs bathroom is on the small side, however we think the 2nd full bathroom does make it a bit easier to manage with 4 guests. Thank you for letting us know about the toilet seat. We will get that replaced right away. We’re sorry to hear that you were frustrated with the communication process. We’d like to clarify that upon booking, you received a confirmation email outlining the two required steps for accessing the property: signing the rental agreement and completing the online check-in form. These steps are clearly stated in the listing and were accompanied by links for easy completion. Several reminder messages were also sent—three days before arrival, the day before, and the morning of check-in—reiterating that the door code would not be issued until those steps were completed. All of these emails were sent well in advance of your arrival. Had they been reviewed upon receipt, it would have avoided the inconvenience of trying to read them while traveling. Unfortunately, the required steps were only completed once you arrived at the property, which caused a delay in receiving your door code. The guest portal you were provided with does contain all information about the property including wi-fi passwords. We understand how frustrating that can feel in the moment, and we strive to make our process as clear and smooth as possible. Your feedback is appreciated, and we wish you well.

Open year-round, 361 days a year, our 3.5 acres of family fun offers cacti, succulents, exotic and tropical plants, a petting zoo, indoor 18 hole mini golf, arcade games, and unique home décor pieces. Colasanti’s Restaurant specializes in our famous “Broasted Chicken,” pizza, apple cider, hot homemade donuts and butter fudge.
Free site admission and parking. All activities are fee based.
