The Dining Room allows you to gather up to 8 guests comfortably at the family size table. The well equipped kitchen allows guests to cook their favorite dishes or grill outside on the large grill.

The outside covered deck is perfect for dining or soaking up the coastal breeze with a cocktail. The large yard allows you to sit by the fire pit in the evening or play a game of corn hole.

The home is close by to several activities and many are within walking distance to the home. Dining is plentiful and close by. Big Fish, Cedar Land and See, Bethany Diner, Ropewalk and Bethany Beach Brewing to name a few. Downtown Bethany Beach is a 5 minute drive away. This quiet town has a family friendly Boardwalk with lots of activities, shops and dining for everyone. Swim at the town's beach access or nearby at the Indian River Inlet. There are two Coastal Golf courses less than a 5 minute drive where you can tee off for a full 18 rounds or just practice your drive. Fishing and Crabbing is available in the Indian River bay with it's access around the corner. If you are nature buff, you can practice your skills at James Farm Ecological reserve. This reserve has nature trails, kayaking and swimming in the Indian River Bay.
