Our apartment is in the heart of Condado. It is a newly renovated small and cozy studio perfect for couples or friends looking to stay STEPS from the beach and surrounded by local restaurants, bars, parks and more!



It is a just 8 mins from the airport, 10 mins from Old San Juan, and 25 mins from el Yunque.



The Space:

Our studio offers a delightful retreat for your stay.



You will find a comfortable queen size bed, a well-equipped kitchennette, and a convenient bathroom. We have taken care of all the little details, providing essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush bath towels.



In our kitchennette, you will discover everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a quick snack.



We have stocked it with all the essentials, ensuring your culinary needs are met. if you're planning a beach day, we have got you covered with towels and a cooler, allowing you to make the most of your seaside adventures.



To accommodate your belongings, we offer two spacious closets for your convenience.

Important:



The apartment is small ( about 325 squared feet). It is ideal for solo travels or couples traveling looking for an affordable, nice and cozy option.



The reservation includes one paper towel roll and 2 toilette paper rolls. If you need anyone there are local pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.



We have regular curtains, not blackout shades.



Guest Access:

The apartment has parking space in front and in the side of the building (details provided with the check in information on the day of arrival at 2PM), It is first come first serve basis.



You will have access to the shared pool and the laundry room which are both on the first floor of the building.



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
