You will have access to the entire home and fenced-in back yard. Plenty of driveway parking plus on-street parking is allowed if you're bringing your boat on a trailer!

Pool gear is stored in outdoor storage hutches around the back of the house - floats, noodles, life jackets, outdoor games, etc. Please close the umbrellas and return these items to storage before you depart!

Beach gear is in the garage. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys can be returned here after use.

The newly constructed pickle ball court features a 16' x 38' playing area with a total court surface of 20' x 44'.

Please always close the hot tub cover when not in use. Pool and Hot Tub use is at your own risk and children should always be attended in or near the pool.

Be safe and remember to turn off the propane fire pit when not in use!

Additionally we provide a pack 'n play and high chair, which can be found in the primary bedroom closet, and some children's toys and books for your little ones.
