Welcome to the Salty Mae - a HomeBody Rentals property! Fully restored 1910 duplex in the heart of Cape May, perfect for families or groups up to 10. You’ll have the entire home to yourselves: two fully separate floors, each with private entrances, kitchens, bedrooms, and baths. Relax together on the front porch or gather in the backyard for cool nights by the fire pit.



The Space:

Duplex, with 2 separate units/floors, rented as an entire home.



Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living space, dining, and TV.

Fully equipped kitchens and linens are provided.



*In total we have 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 Living Rooms.



*3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Pull out Sofa bed (First Floor Living Room only).



*Front Porch with sectional sofa and rocking chairs

*Back yard with gas fire pit and BBQ

*All linens (except beach towels) are included

*8 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Cart

*4 Bikes

*8 Beach Tags

*Fully Equipped Kitchens with Coffee, Tea, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, Paper Products, Trash Bags, etc

*Washer and Dryer with laundry detergent



Guest Access:

Guests have use of the entire house, both floors, back yard and porch.

Duplex with 2 separate floors with private entrances. The units do not connect internally.



The Neighborhood:

Historic District of Cape May, walking distance to beach and center of town.



Getting Around:

Park your car and walk to the beach and center of town! Or Bike! We provide you with 4.

Free street parking is available.



Other Things to Note:

Our home shares a common driveway/walk way with our neighbor. This area is not for parking. You may unload your vehicle here and then park on the street for the duration of your stay.



We have 2 TVs that are WIFI enabled for your streaming App Providers. You can log into your personal account (i.e. Netflix) and stream your favorite shows!! Or you can also watch some of the free channels that are provided via our TV network. Please note we do not have regular cable.



First Floor has 2 bedrooms with King Beds and 1 queen pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Second Floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed.



Please remember to bring your beach towels as we do not provide beach towels.



No pets.



The outdoor patio furniture located on the front porch is put away during the winter months.



Upon confirmation of your reservation, a check-in form will be sent to collect info and a $500 security deposit hold. The hold is taken upon your arrival and released one day after check out.
