Cozy cabin on Little McDonald with amazing walk out beach!

The perfect place to make family memories while enjoying an amazing view of Little McDonald Lake with outdoor space for yard games, bonfires, lakeside picnics or just relaxing at the lake. Little McDonald is known for some of the best fishing. The front deck offers a great space for outdoor dining and watching the sunset. The soon to be completed back patio (Coming in June 2024) will provide space for cooking on the provided propane grill and black stone grill. Located just 8 miles from Perham, you're just far enough from town to enjoy everything the lake has to offer while being close and convenient to get any of your groceries and additional supplies. The home comes stocked with kitchen essentials, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, and soaps. There is a boat lift available for a fishing or speed boat. A paddleboard is also available to use. A brand new bike trail is available just behind the cabin, so bring your bikes!

***The backyard (the grass area not near the lake) is getting worked on and should be ready for guests at the beginning of June. We will update pictures as soon as it's available. There will be a stone patio with a covered gazebo and outdoor furniture including a propane firepit. The grill and blackstone will also be stationed in this area. We appreciate your patience and trust in us as we finish this area and make it another area for you to relax and enjoy being at the lake.
