This beautiful, renovated home comes equipped with a yoga area, a master bedroom that offers a huge closet, and two queen-sized beds, the kitchen comes with everything you will need to stay in and cook instead of having to go out to eat. The bathroom is fully renovated. The second bedroom has a small office desk and a view of the backyard. The dining room offers an amazing view of the desert, for enjoying your morning coffee relaxing, and watching the sun come up.

Remote Joshua Tree Rental

This rental is in the middle of nowhere, great for stargazing from the wood fired hot tub, but be ready to commute for all food, beverage, and exploring Joshua Tree.After a long day of hiking and ride home, the beds were wildly uncomfortable, unsturdy, and not the restful sleep you'd crave.

Desert getaway

We loved this property so much! It is wonderfully secluded with gorgeous desert views. The decor was tastefully done and captured the spirit of the desert outside. We loved the windows and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar was just what we needed! This home was spacious and clean and made for a wonderful base for Joshua tree national park. I highly recommend staying here!

So beautiful!

From the house itself to the outside property and the city it was all amazing. Very peaceful location and at night the stars are so clear while you’re relaxing in the hot tub. Love everything about the house, it’s modern and comfortable. We will definitely look forward to planning another trip out to Landers staying at this house again!

Soak in the solitude

If you’re coming from the city or the suburbs, 5 acres feels roomy. Wood-fired hot tub provides just the right amount of roughing it without having to sleep in a tent. So many stars!

Great stay! Dog owners beware of back yard safety.

We enjoyed the stay! It was clean and cozy. 30minutes from Joshua tree national park. Very good communication from management. Bumpy dirt road coming in. We had our dog on leash outside due to the property not being gated but dog owners beware of metal sticking up from an old gate and other objects (broken glass, rusted metal, nails, broken wood, etc) on the outskirts of the immediate back yard. I understand it is desert and there is only so much you can clean but for dogs safety be aware.

Our stay in Landers

The property was a little troublesome to find due to the address not being in Apple Maps, however the host was able to send coordinates which was very helpful. Ethan was incredibly responsive for my questions and concerns I had and that was comforting to know. Now for the property itself, cleanliness was a 3/5 (the clean dishes were oily and there was hair in the tub). The wood-fired hot tub was very nice and easy to ignite and the firewood was plentiful. Some handles and knobs were broken, which wasn’t a deal breaker, but it made us question the quality of our rental. Besides from that, the fixtures were nice and visually appealing. I would also give this place a 3.5/5 for comfort. Some of the furniture was broken, the mattresses were a little saggy, and the dish soap dispenser did not work which required us to buy our own dish soap to wash the dishes. We also did find rusted nails jutting out of the ground in the backyard which poses a huge safety concern, I definitely would not let pets or kids run around unsupervised. Having a washer/dryer on site was a nice touch that was definitely utilized!
