Highly satisfied with this booking. Cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, communication with host, location, parking, pool/beach area and no issues with elevators at all. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather wasn’t great but we did have a good time. Only problem we had was a sandy floor when we arrived. Condo could use a stick vacuum. The vacuum there wouldn’t work and the broom on the tile didn’t work. Overall happy with property and condo.

The condo was great. Very spacious, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The balcony is huge and the views are phenomenal. If we come back to PCB we will definitely book again.

Gulf Crest was a fine condominium but this room was not. Was very unclean. Needs a much needed upgrade in bathrooms. Not well stocked at all. We did not feel communication with host was quick until we had a problem and never said much until we complained. We would not stay here in this room again. The view was great but because of the many other problems, I would pass on this place.

The Condo was very nice indeed and we enjoyed using it.It was cleaned to perfection and had plenty of towels.A nicely furnished balcony too with great seating arrangements ( I do miss loungers tho) Overall I would give an almost 5 star and would rent again.

We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the waves! We cooked dinner every night, and loved being able to wash our clothes in the condo!

the view is definitely breathtaking, and the staff at the property was very friendly and courteous, the condo was not very clean at all… The floors were filthy, dishes were not clean, definitely could use a paint job and a scrub down throughout. Furniture in the living room was dingy and look as if it had never been cleaned. For the money we paid for the accommodations, really should have been cleaner.

Property itself is beautiful. The pools, hot tubs, access to the beach. The unit could have been cleaner and would be nice to have a least a few more things as starter. Garbage bags and maybe a starter pack for a pot of coffee.

I received a welcoming text from host. Everyone in the Gulf Crest office was helpful and friendly. A passing maintenance man stopped to help us with the shower. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on. We loved having a parking garage. the condo was a perfect location right on the beachfront.

Everything was perfect! The view was stunning, the pool was refreshing, the beach was amazing, and those 2 beach chairs were a really nice perk! We got 2 front row chairs reserved for us for the entire week. When it was windy down at the beach we spent time relaxing by the pool. From the balcony we could see dolphins, stingrays, and even a shark! The binoculars were awesome! The condo was well appointed and clean. It was also very quiet even though it was spring break. My kids loved getting drinks and snacks from the tiki bar. We would definitely come back! I appreciated that the condo is located in a little calmer area away from the massive high rises and party scene.

Not clean or updated. THE most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever encountered. 3 hand towels for a condo that allegedly sleeps 8. Random repair person entered the condo and left note about repaired washer while we were out. We weren’t informed the washer was broken or that anyone was planning to enter.

Amazing

The place was exactly how it was pictured. The view was amazing from the 21st floor. We were able to see all kinds of things in the water that we’d never been able to see before. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! We will be staying here again on our next visit.

Beautiful view and huge balcony

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very spacious for 8 of us. The only down side was the cleanliness of the shower/tub. It had mold growing around the shower door and rim.
