Pirates Paradise at Vilano Beach is a spectacular 3,097 sq. ft. private home with a private outdoor pool oasis, sauna and amenities galore! This large, upscale home is designed to give guests the ultimate beach experience, boasting 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a premier Vilano Beach location in which you can walk to the beach, amazing views and there are too many amenities on the property to list!
The private, outdoor pool oasis, sauna and backyard bridge to the saltwater creek & paddling equipment, and beach cruiser bikes are what really set this house apart.
The house is centrally located just 3 blocks from Vilano Beach and just minutes from Vilano Pier, historic downtown St. Augustine, tourist attractions, dining, nightlife, shopping and more. The house has incredible views of Vilano Bridge, St. Augustine Harbor and you can even see the lighthouse light at night!
The house comfortably sleeps 10-11, is PET FRIENDLY (no pitbulls or other dangerous breeds; pet fee required) and features 3 stories of upscale beach living, including 3 master bedrooms with ensuite baths, two additional bedrooms including a kids` bunkbed room and a queen bedroom, and it has an additional bath and a half. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV.
Above the 3rd floor, you`ll find the `Crow`s Nest` loft that serves as the perfect `Pirate`s Lookout` for smaller children where they can peer through the window out into the harbor to keep watch for encroaching pirates! Matees, beware!
The features of this gem begin with the pavestone driveway that leads to the two-car garage. There, you`ll find 4 beach cruiser bikes for you to peddle down to the beach. When you walk into the main entrance under the covered breezeway, you`ll see a full-sized billiards table, a kitchenette, coffee bar, water cooler, and a bar with bar-seating. To your left, there`s French doors that open to the first master suite with king bed, walk-in closet and its own private bath. To your right, you`ll see more French doors that open outside to the large pool/sauna/outdoor patio area. Pool towels and sandless beach towels are also provided for guests.
Just up the stairs to the second floor, you`ll find the 2nd master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Down the hall, you`ll find a full sized bathroom, a laundry closet and two more bedrooms: one kids` bunkbed room with a twin/full bunk, and a 3rd bedroom with queen bed and built-in cabinetry. All three bedrooms on the second level have their own smart tvs, private accesses to balconies and a breezy, shaded hammock for lazy vacation days.
The third floor of Pirates Paradise is the main living level which has a wide-open floor plan, from the chef`s kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, to the dining area and family room. The family room has oversized seating, a big screen Smart TV, surround sound with speakers throughout the house, and leather massage chair for ultimate unwinding. Just off the main living area, you`ll find the third master suite with king bed, smart tv, walk-in closet with locking safe, an exit to a private balcony, and an ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub.
You`ll quickly realize that the luxuries of this retreat have only just begun when you step outside into the stunning, private, outdoor pool oasis that features a lagoon-green swimming pool, sauna, an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, two covered dining areas and a stone firepit. The large patio is surrounded by palm trees and other tropical flora. The centerpiece of the incredible outdoor oasis is the lagoon-green, gradient-depth swimming pool. Surrounding the pool, you`ll find a variety of lounge furniture, oversized chaise lounges, a large outdoor coverable dining cabana, a covered breakfast table and a cornhole station!
Just off the backside of the grand patio, walk down the steps to the backyard where you`ll find a second firepit and Adirondack chairs, kayaks and paddling equipment and a bridge that leads to a saltwater creek and grassland waterways. At high tide, you can paddle the scenic, grassland waterways of Vilano Beach!

This is a non-smoking/vaping home. If smoking outside, please pick up and dispose of the butts properly prior to check out.

Pets allowed with pet fee at the time of booking. Two (2) pets allowed per pet fee. $100 for any additional pets. Max number of pets is three (3). No bully breeds allowed due to homeowners` insurance. If you are in question about this, please feel free to inquire.

This home does have a heated pool, however, due to the heavy consumption of propane to heat the pool, we have a `pool heater fee` of $35 a day for the duration of your stay if you choose to use the heat.

We do not allow house parties, events or gatherings at this property unless approved in writing with the property manager or owner. Failure to get this approval prior to your stay can result in being reported to the listing channel from which you booked, incurring extra fees and/or being evicted immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Due to parking constraints/ordinances, please limit number of cars to six (6) and limit number of boats to one (1) unless approved with the property management before booking. No parking in the yard, please.

QUIET HOURS-- Quiet hours are strictly enforced and begin at 8:00pm. until 7:30am.
PLEASE NOTE**The county noise ordinance states that the maximum allowable noise level is 65 decibels, equal to the sound of a washing machine. It also states that no amplification devices are to be used.

You can play music at a decent level during the day, but after 8pm please no outside music.

Guests at the house: Guests who are not included in your reservation are permitted for up to 2 hours between the hours of 7:30a.m. - 8:00p.m. The number of allowable guests cannot exceed the maximum number of guests, which is eleven (11).

NO SMOKING and all cigarettes outside must be picked up before check-out and properly disposed of.
Absolutely no illegal activities are permitted on the premise, and this is strictly enforced by law enforcement.

THESE HOUSE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Not complying with the house rules can result in an immediate eviction and extra fees to be added to your stay.
