We had a great time here. It is a nice place to stay but there is only one double bunkbed and 2 single bunkbeds. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location...sleeps 15 well!

We enjoyed the layout of the cabin, and the proximity to the outdoor activities and State Parks surrounding the area. The maintenance team was prompt and courteous in repairing the TV's, dryer and front door lock when needed. Overall it was an excellent choice for our family of 15. Cheers

Multi-family get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house large enough to host a large gathering of people which is hard to find on Center Hill Lake. House & accommodations were great. The only drawback in regards to the house is the fact that it is a bit of a drive to the closest marinas. Otherwise it is a fabulous place to stay.

Relaxation point is a lovely house that sits nestled between Center Hill Marina and Hurricane Marina. It is about a 10 minute drive to either one of them, however the view at the home is gorgeous. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your review!

Great place in a great location

This is one of the most spacious and affordable cabins I’ve ever stayed in! Far away from civilization you can really absorb nature and enjoy your time in this place. Unfortunately, during our stay, we were unable to use the third floor patio due to an excessive amount of bat droppings covering most of it. Further, there were signs of animal infestation throughout the house, but nothing that ruined our trip. The bunkbeds on the first floor are slightly unstable and the HVAC system does not work very well on the middle floor of the house. Besides that the beds were comfy the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything else met our expectation.!

Great house but a drive from interstate and boat ramps

Great house with plenty of room for families or individuals. House was well equipped for large group and cooking. Only caveat is the road to get to the house is very narrow and some part of the road is very worn down. I would suggest taking over SUVs or trucks - especially if you are pulling a boat, be prepared for it to take 45 mins to get to a ramp. This house does not have a specific area for a trailer and the driveway is very steep but does flatten out at the bottom with room for several cars. This is our 2nd time staying at this property.

Heavenly Hide-away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful and very secluded.. Comfortable beds/furniture, as well as the decor... Felt like home. Loved the porches and hot tub too! The only downside was when we got the actual address for the property it was much further from where we wanted to be (as the original map showed it as in the town, not 30 minutes outside of town... So plan ahead and do you shopping for the house before getting out there. Steep drive and GPS tells you it is 3 driveways sooner than it really is. But I would still stay there again!

Door lock did not work , couch on second floor needs to be thrown away . None of the tv’s worked when we arrived . Ice maker did not work . Hot tub needs a better cover because it wouldn’t get hot . Pool table needs to be replaced or taken off the list of amenities because most side rails are broke . The housekeeper needs to be replaced ! At least half of the lightbulbs were blown throughput the house ! We take this trip every year for 8 years and this is definitely the worse place we have stayed and probably the most money I’ve spent . I definitely do not recommend.

Girls' Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hosted a group of 16 women at this cabin for a weekend. All of the women were impressed with the interior of the house. It is spacious, beautiful, and was quite clean. The pictures online don't quite do it justice. It feels bigger than it looks online. The living room sofas could use updating, and it would be great for a home that hosts 16 to have a larger dining table. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints about the interior. I do think the outdoor space needs a little upkeep--the decks need some work, although we used and enjoyed them while we were there & the grass was kind of overgrown around the lower porch and steps. We enjoyed the hot tub. Even with those issues, I would book this cabin again.

Not the best experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not have a great experience . Our stay was not what we expected . First of all cabin needs a lot of repairs here and their .It needs a lot of update to it . We found an underwear in one of the rooms upon arrival . A shower door was damage . Cabin was not very clean . We had horrible WiFi connection . Dryer and washer was not working properly . Something positive I can say is I had a good experience with the office people . Very friendly and they did sent out maintenance for us but we still had issues with the WiFi

Comfortable Stay

We loved that there were 2 bedrooms that each had a king sized bed and private bathroom. We also loved that there were 2 “kid” bedrooms that shared a bathroom on the same level as the game room. The house was set up well and convenient to Edgar Evins Marina. There was only one glider on the deck and we wish there had been more outdoor seating but everything else was great!

We had a blast!

We gathered for a pre wedding celebration and had the best time! Close enough to Edgar Evans to rent a boat but far enough away to feel like no one was around us. No lake view at this property in the summer but it’s still a beautiful place. You can take a short walk up the road to view the lake. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive, pretty steep incline on the way up. We also saw a copperhead snake crawl out from under the patio but we kept our distance. We had the best time here and plan to go back.
