Hood means we get that wild, volcanic mineral flavor (yep, that sulfur smell is nature doing its thing). It’s safe and all part of the off-the-grid charm, but we get it’s not for everyone. No dishwasher or disposal is part of the simple mountain cabin vibe — but we’ll keep working to make sure our listings set the right expectations.
