We had a great stay at Coastal Luxe Apt. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The apartment was very clean. It has a well appointed kitchen and full laundry room, two TV’s (bedroom and living room). The property was very nice with a nice clubhouse, workout room and outdoor pool with loungers. Overall it was a great alternative to staying in Amelia Island. I would highly recommend.

Check in and out were super easy. Communication with the property owner was fast. The place was clean and super convenient for everything we needed. closet was spacious. Laundry was easy. Trash was valet, which was super convenient. The only negative worth noting (and this is NOT specific to this place), the water in Yulee is really gross and smelly (sulfur). Everyone has water softener and filtration systems, but you can smell it when you drink it, when you shower (even after on your skin/hair), and on your washed clothes.

Just what we needed

This apartment was just what we needed for a quick trip to see family in Yulee! It was very clean and even had coffee available for use! We plan to stay here again next time we visit!

Lovely and not far to Fernandina

Lovely, new, little apartment on ground floor. Really cute with everything you need. Monica is an excellent and attentive host who left quite a few nice touches.

Wow! Exactly what we needed!

We stayed at this beautiful one bedroom in Yulee for thanksgiving with our two kids. It was minutes from our other families home who lives in town and close to what we needed. Clean, comfortable, on the first floor and a cute patio for coffee and steps from the little dog park. We did take the kids to the little club house to check it out and it was so wonderful! Would def love to come back and enjoy the pool! We will def be back to stay in a few months! Highly recommend this tucked away unit!

The PERFECT place!

Our family had the fortunate opportunity to stay at this lovely property for fall break. We had very high expectations, based on the photos and quick communication with Monica before booking - but this place exceeded those beyond measure! Every detail was thought out here. My wife and I had plenty of room in the bedroom; while the sofa-bed gave ample room for our son to stretch out as well. The apartment is fully equipped with smart TV’s, all of the major and minor appliances you could think of (including a Keurig with plenty of K-cups ready to go!), and even fully stocked with all of the linens you could possibly need. She even has the kitchen stocked with seasonings, oils, and hot sauces, to make meals a breeze! Plus, once you’re done with dishes or need to run a load of laundry, there’s plenty of soap and detergent to get the job done. When I say every detail was thought it, I mean it. The community itself also had plenty to offer: a pool and fitness center at the apartment complex, a YMCA (free 2 day first timer guest pass), miles and miles worth of trails, parks, ponds, restaurants, a brewery, etc. I would also say that the communication and accessibility of Monica was the best of anyone we’ve ever dealt with on vacation stays. She was so accommodating! Be sure to put this place at the top of your list if you are planning on a stay in the area…you won’t regret it! Thanks again for such a wonderful stay…we can’t wait for our next opportunity to visit!
