On the Main Level of Blue Sands you will find a beautifully decorated open concept living area. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your cooking and baking aficionados. The dining room area seats 18 total at the dining table and kitchen island. The living area has comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite show or movie on the smart TV. There is a half bath located in the living area as well. You can access the back porch from the living area and also from the master suite where you can relax with a coffee in the morning or a have drinks with friends in the evening on the porch swing or in the Adirondack chairs. From the back porch you can access the pool and entertainment area which will make for a fun time for all ages. The half bath is located in this area as well. Off the kitchen is the master suite with a King Bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an incredible and large walk-in shower. Everyone staying will truly find this sanctuary worth fighting over.
Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds and the fourth bedroom is the bunkroom with 4 full bunk beds. Every bedroom has a smart tv in them for relaxing and watching your favorite shows. Every bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
On the ground level is an amazing private suite that includes direct access to the pool area, King bed, private bathroom, and living area with smart TV. The suite is also perfect for anyone enjoying a pool day and wanting to make drinks with the industrial size ice machine or to quickly use the restroom without having to go all the way up to the house.
The game room is also located on the ground level and comes with a ping pong table, karaoke machine, Miss Pacman and NBA Jam arcade units, and cornhole boards. There is also a putt putt area for guests to enjoy as well to show their skills off. Also located in the game room area is beach and pool toys available for your stay.
Make your way out the large 14x 28-foot private saltwater pool and get ready for a grand ole time. There is an option to have the pool heated for your stay for a fee. There is also a standard hot tub to enjoy after a long day at the beach!
The beach is less than a half mile walk away! Come and have a great time at Blue Sands where we make it hard to leave!

We take pride in offering excellent customer service. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that visitors may just unwind and take it easy while on vacation. We are excellent at providing prompt responses to questions and concerns. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!

Guest will have access to the entire house except for locked owner's closets.

Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.

There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).

Fees for heating the pool are not included in total price at time of booking. If guest wants pool heated we will request the fee amount after booking.
