This gorgeous and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in Canaveral Towers complex. This unit 307 newly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, elevator, balcony with direct ocean view, open parking, dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, putting green, beach access, and much more! You can see Rocket launches from the balcony OR from the direct access to the beach! You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use. You can also get shuffleboard equipment near the pool area. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach. Watch the Cruise ships sail by while relaxing on the beach. Perfect beach getaway for vacation travelers/ or business.

Enjoyable Time

The condo was very nice, easy acess and child friendly. Enjoyed the pool and watched a rocket go off from the beach. Overall had a wonderful time. Would book again, next time we visit!

Wonderful stay

Property was EXACTLY as advertised. We had no unwanted “surprises” that you sometimes get. We spent 3 nights here before getting on a cruise ship. We were just looking for a place to basically chill for a few days but found a place and a beach that we loved. The walk to the beach was literally so short you could count the steps and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We would definitely love to come back and use the condo again and would easily stay for an entire week - with or without the cruise part.

Wonderful week

The unit was perfect for our family. I liked being on the 3rd floor because of the great view of the ocean and pool yet not too many steps if you don’t want to take the elevator. I liked that there wasn’t carpet. Hard floors are easy to keep clean.Management responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, convenient condo

This was a family trip- so ages 17-77. The elevator close by means it was accessible for my mom who can’t really do the steps, and I appreciated that. The condo was actually better in person than in the photos which was a lovely surprise. It was clean, clear instructions for getting in & operating things. So we could just relax. The floor is high enough that you get to look out at the ocean and see the waves and sand. Even seated in the living room. And you can hear the ocean. It’s a convenient spot for getting everywhere locally. Don’t miss the Puerto Rican restaurant and Cocoa Escape nearby. There were construction updates that couldn’t be helped in the building which was our only ding against the trip. Not the owner’s fault or within their capacity to change. Would recommend!

Excellent Place To Stay!

We have visited Cocoa Beach for several years now and this has been one of our best stays! Location is great (usually try to stay near the pier and I was a little worried about the distance but one night we walked from the pier back to the condo after dinner and it wasn't too bad at all!) . Pool was big and clean and great temp. Everything was neat/clean and we loved the green mat that they put from the walkway to the beach - less hot sand to walk on and easier walking as well. The condo itself was super clean and had everything we needed - when the coffeepot wasn't working, the manager promptly dropped off a new one so that was much appreciated! Having 3 bedrooms for our older children was great and we didn't think the price was outrageous at all. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the living room furniture was comfortable. Normally you have maybe a couch and a little chair but this one had a cozy loveseat, couch and chair so we could all sit in there when we wanted to. The only things we noticed that weren't really negative but could be improved on was the beds. The master is actually 2 single mattresses on a full spring because they are tempur-pedic (I think?) but I would have liked just a regular king mattress. Kids said the beds they had weren't that great but we managed and I wouldn't let that deter us from staying again. Washer was a combo and didn't work very well but we managed with that as well. Change those 2 things and this place is perfect!

Awesome view overlooking the pool and ocean. Cool breezes, close to the Pier and the jetty. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Washer/dryer combo worked great.
