Wie Sie machen wir Urlaub in der Gegend für den Strand & Strandblick. In einer perfekten Welt müssten wir nicht von ihr absehen. Im Canaveral Towers 610 werden Sie dem perfekten Traumurlaub so nahe wie möglich kommen - Sie sind nicht nur am Strand (Sie müssen buchstäblich keine Straße überqueren), sondern haben von fast jedem Teil der Wohnung aus Strand- und endlosen Meerblick !

Diese Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (~ 1.500 Quadratmeter) mit mehreren Balkonen mit Blick auf das Meer, die groß genug sind, um 8 zu sitzen und eine Happy Hour oder ein Abendessen zu genießen. Es ist perfekt für Familien und Gruppen bis zu 8 Personen, die einen perfekten Strandurlaub zusammen verbringen möchten und die Privatsphäre von 3 Schlafzimmern genießen möchten. Alle 8 Gäste können in Betten schlafen und das gilt nicht für die Queen-Schlafsofa und das Pack 'n Play, falls Kinder nicht im selben Zimmer schlafen können.

We were so happy with our stay. Unit was spacious, updated, clean. The ocean view from both balconies was beautiful. There were plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies and the kitchen was stocked with anything you will need for cooking, including a crockpot and blender. Living room furniture was comfortable. The entire complex was nice and clean and updated. Pool was clean and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely book a vacation at this condo again.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this property. The view is fabulous!! The unit had everything we needed and everything was in great shape and clean. Extremely helpful to have nice beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and pool noddles to use. The location is ideal. We had the pleasure of catching 2 launches this past week. We will definitely be back to stay.

The building and facility was nicely maintained and in very good condition. The view of the ocean was terrific, and beach access was very good. The condo was in fair to good condition. Kitchen cabinets were worn and some broken. Kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Pans were all teflon coated and in poor condition. Most were scratched and one was warped so bad you couldn't use it. Time to replace most of the pots and pans. Given the concerns regarding the ingestion of microplastics, particularly from scratched pans, stainless steel options would have been appreciated. The top rack of the dishwasher would come out of the slide making it want to fall on the floor and one chair on the balcony was also broken. Some additional upkeep and repairs are warranted but the condo was overall in generally good condition. It met our needs but was nothing extraordinary. It is apparent the owner is gradually upgrading portions of the unit over time. Master bedroom bed was quite firm but to my liking. The second bedroom's bed was extremely soft but also to my daughters liking. Price point seems to reflect the overall state of the property.

SPECTACULAR!

This is an absolutely beautiful unit that is quite spacious, has gorgeous views, and is wonderfully clean and well decorated! The management team was attentive and thoughtfully concerned that everything was in order (and, it was perfect!). Nice place to stay

I've stayed at Canaveral Towers with Stay in Cocoa Beach a couple times now, and it's always been pleasant. The unit is conveniently located close to food, shopping, and other amenities in a nice neighborhood. And it's right on the beach! Inside it's clean and comfortable, and the beach-chic decor is nice. Since I was staying on business, I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that saved having to eat out all the time. My only complaint is that the key needs to be picked up from and returned to a lock box on another property a few miles away. Otherwise, great!

We loved the place!

Great: Pool, cleanliness of condo, great location with everything convenient. Saw to rockets launched from space center from Condo balconies (great view). Refrigerator was the only negative thing. Self is broken making produce drawers unusable. We never could get the freezer cold enough to totally freeze icecream, biscuits etc. Over all great Condo "610" you cant go wrong!

Great views

The place was great and everything we needed it to be. There was a few problems but I know those are hard to avoid. Two of the chairs were broken and the dishwasher ran but didn’t clean the dishes so we had to dishes by hand the entire week and with a group of 6 that is a lot of dishes. Also the 2nd elevator being out of service was a big inconvenience and I hope it gets fixed soon so other guest don’t have the long waits we had unless we wanted to carry everything from the beach up 6 flights of stairs. Even with these inconveniences we still had a great time!

oceanviews everywhere!

Ocean views from 2 bedrooms and from the living room. Ocean views while working in kitchen! Beautiful condo. Kitchen had everything I needed for Thanksgiving dinner- roasted a turkey. Master bedroom with large closet with hangers and large bathroom. Guest bathroom ADA complaint tub is a little small for adults- but workable. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also with large closets and hangers. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is right outside. I liked the key for elevator/stairs/pool- a great safety feature. You can walk either to the pier or to Jetty park in 30 minutes on the beach. This section of beach was not overly crowded and plenty of shells. Beautiful condo!

Overpriced for condition.

Great view. However, condo and amenities in need of good upgrade for this price. Kitchen appliances in poor shape. Mattresses uncomfortable. Linens bargain basement. One bath has old model disability shower. Key retrieval from property manager ridiculously outdated and inconvenient. One elevator inoperable. Other one slow. Grounds nice but back gate to beach broken. Just too many negatives for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Guest satisfaction is a high priority for us and I'm happy to report that we bought new mattresses and linens for the beds. The one elevator is down as the building installs new ones - we understand it was inconvenient but it is only temporary and a necessary improvement for the building. We're hopeful the building will approve electronic keypads in the near future, and will install this feature as soon as it's permitted. We hope to talk soon and discuss how we can further improve!

Wow! Where do I start with how awesome this condo was to rent in Cape Canaveral Florida.1.The view was beautiful! We drank our coffee sitting on the balcony every single morning.2.The blackout curtains worked great.3. The owner provided very nice beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Oh, and all the beach towels! For folks like us that flew down it makes all the difference in the world not to stuff our suitcases with beach towels.4. While the kitchen is small, it is very well planned. We cooked breakfast and supper most days. By the way, there’s a Publix and a Walmart both within easy driving distance. As the pictures show, the washer and dryer are in the kitchen.5. We all agreed our beds were very comfortable.6. Parking is easy and close.7. The swimming pool was delightful, sparkling clean, plenty of lounge, chairs surrounded it, and, at least the week we were there, not busy at all.8. Plenty of hangers provided, and the master closet had room for our suitcases.9. The one minor issue that we had was handled quickly by the owner and a maintenance person.For many years, we have gone to the Panhandle staying at Destin or Navarre. This condo was fully 50% less . Highly recommend!
No old rickety, grocery carts here, they were very nice and easy to use. The hallway was immaculate. Also, I appreciate there are no keys to deal with. Everything is a keypad.

Girls Week

The condo was exactly as the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were all comfy except for the Master king bed. You had to sleep towards the center because the sides made you roll off. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. We traveled there about a week after the hurricane so I called to make sure the condo, pool and grounds were okay. I was told everything would be ready when we arrived. We arrived on Saturday and the pool wasn’t working until Friday. The day before we left. There were 2 elevators and 1 was out of service most of the week. It did start working possibly on Wednesday, but when 5 of us got in the door closed and stopped working. We had to wait around 15 minutes until the maintenance guy got the door opened. It wasn’t a perfect week, but we did have a good time. I understand the timing wasn’t the best.

We stayed at the Canaveral Towers and we had a great time! Beautiful view of the beach! The condo was large, comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommend you stay here if visiting Cocoa Beach. Perfect spot to see NASA rocket launches!

I would rent this condo anytime

We loved this place. But I must agree with previous reviewers the mattress on every bed needs to changed out. My husband layed down on one king and his butt almost sunk to the floor. If you have a bad back like myself these beds are not for you. The views were great incredible of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall it is a great place to stay only one draw back the very worn mattress.

Fantastic condo!!!

Our family loved this condo - it is just as good as it looks in the photos! Super clean and nice updates in kitchen and bathrooms. The beach is literally steps away and is nice and quiet. The pool is great and the shuffleboard was a big hit too. Love this location and condo - highly recommend!

Nice Condo Very Clean

Property was nice right on the beach. Property Mangers were great ! Only down side was no door in the bathroom in Masterbedroom for obvious reasons. Walk in tub in other bathroom got used to using but worked fine. Everything else was great:
