Safety Notice
This home is located directly on the water and there is no lifeguard on duty. All children and pets must be closely supervised at all times while enjoying the beach or surrounding outdoor areas.

Island security charges a parking pass fee for each vehicle coming through the gate. Fees range from $35 per car for 2 nights to $85 per car for 7 nights. We will need to collect payment for the passes and your vehicle info prior to your arrival.

The HOA does NOT allow guests to rent golf carts on the island and this home's owner DOES NOT provide one for use.
