This unit has all you need - featuring a private patio, full kitchen, full bathroom with walk-in shower, a king bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and even a set of beach towels you can take to the beach! Coin-operated laundry rooms are located on the ground level. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Truly a great space to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Sunsets here are stunning and hard to beat!

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

Please note during peak season (mid-December to mid-April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals are encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
