The Space:

Bel Lago has room for families and groups to spread out without giving up the feeling of being together.



The main level features a beautiful living room with a stone gas fireplace, large TV and lake views. The dining area has a dramatic two-story ceiling and plenty of natural light, while the kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, marble countertops, a tile backsplash and plenty of workspace for cooking together.



The primary bedroom is on the main level and includes a king bed, private bathroom, large walk-in accessible shower, double vanity and direct access to the deck with a beautiful lake view.



Two additional queen bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the main level.



The walkout lower level gives larger groups extra space to spread out. It includes another queen sleeping area, an additional queen bed in a partially separated area with a privacy curtain, a living/TV area, a small second kitchen and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level also opens directly onto the lower deck.

**Important:** This is a 5-bedroom listing, but the fifth queen sleeping area is not a fully enclosed bedroom. It is located in the lower-level living/sleeping space and has a privacy curtain. Please review the photos carefully to make sure the layout is a good fit for your group.



THE LAKE

One of the best parts of Bel Lago is being able to enjoy Beaver Lake right from the property.



The shore is accessible by walking down from the house, where guests can fish, swim and enjoy the water. Kayaks, a canoe and paddleboards are provided for guest use.



**Please note:** This is a natural Ozark lakefront property. The route from the home to the water includes an outdoor walk over natural terrain and is not a flat, paved path. Lake conditions and water levels can vary seasonally.

You'll have two levels of decks overlooking Beaver Lake, giving your group plenty of room to enjoy the view.

Pets Allowed!

-Dogs are the only pet we allow

-Pets are not allowed on the furniture, nor in the beds

-They must be on veterinarian prescribed flea and tick medicine

-Two dogs maximum allowed per rental

-Each dog must be under 90 pounds

-Dogs must be crated when left unattended

-The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay



The Neighborhood:

Bel Lago gives you the best of both worlds: a peaceful Beaver Lake setting while still being close enough to enjoy Eureka Springs.



Downtown Eureka Springs is approximately 24 minutes away, with restaurants, shops, live music, galleries and attractions.



You can also enjoy hiking and mountain biking at Lake Leatherwood, explore the Ozarks, or spend the entire day at the lake without leaving the property.



Getting Around:

The road to Bel Lago is an Ozark Road. It is windy and curvy with lots of beautiful vistas. There is plenty of parking at the home.



WARNING - Motorcyclists and low riding cars must use caution.  This cabin is on a gravel road. Novice motorcyclists should ask questions about the condition of the road before entering.



Other Things to Note:

This home has a 24 hour security camera at the front door.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a true Ozark lake property, surrounded by nature and natural terrain. The setting is beautiful, but it is not a flat suburban property. Guests should expect hills, uneven ground and a natural path to the lake.



Because the home accommodates larger groups, please reserve for the correct number of guests and let us know if your group changes.



There is a 24-hour exterior security camera at the front door for property security. There are no interior cameras.
