The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 5th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1-bedroom condo is fully furnished with 2 full size beds, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean.

Upon entering, guests will enter through a small hallway. Moving right along guests will find the kitchen. This area features a full-size stove and oven, oversized cabinet space, mounted microwave, granite countertops, full size fridge, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Just behind the kitchen is the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, hair dryer, and sink.

The bedroom sits just off of the kitchen and features 2 full size beds, nightstand between the beds, dresser for storage, large flatscreen TV, AC unit, windows for natural light, and commercial blackout curtains.

Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean views. The living room is the most relaxing area in the apartment and features a full-size murphy bed (wall bed), sofa, AC unit, blackout curtains, large flatscreen TV, small dining table with stools, and access to the private, ocean view balcony!

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
