Glamping in style with shared showers and restrooms. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably

Camping in style.
Our property is an RV-park with 30 full hookups and 5 tent sites. But not everyone has a travel trailer or a camper, and not everyone wants to bring a tent. So instead, you can opt to stay in the room in our bath house, with shared showers and restrooms around the corner. Handicapped friendly. The unit sleeps up to 3 adults comfortably.
Room has kitchenette with mini-fridge, small freezer, microwave. No television.
To keep the price reasonable and our workload down, we offer this unit without towels.
If you don't want to bring your own, we offer towels for an additional $10 per guest.
As we go along, we hope to make improvements, and are open to suggestions.

Location was beautiful off Hwy 14. It was convenient to the hot springs in Carson, wonderful food in Stevenson. Parks and trails were terrific. Great spot for a base camp.

Accommodating establishment

Checkin was super easy the owner kept in communication with us the whole time. He also allowed us to check out two hrs later so we were able to shower after the race we ran.

Great little studio cabin!

We had an amazing stay! Simple, clean and cozy little studio unit with everything we needed for a few days of hiking and exploring - we brought our own towels for showering and some camp cooking equipment, and the mini fridge and microwave were great to have. Perfect location for all the Columbia gorge sights and scenes.

Easy get away to Columbia River Gorge

The stay had more amenities than I thought, coffee maker, fridge, hotplate. Bathroom is right outside the cabin door. Easy stay, easy check in and out.

Great place to stay for Salmon Fishing

We hired a guide to take us Salmon fishing at Drano Lake. Which is a ten minute drive from this location. We will be back now every year we go fishing. It was clean. Had a small freezer and was comfortable to sleep in.

Amazing!

The place was amazing. Right off the road, quiet neighbors, and beautiful scenery. My only complaint would be the bugs inside the home. There were a lot of larger bugs like flys spiders and beetles inside. Other than that everyyhing was clean and the customer srrvice was amazing.

We're glad that everything was clean and were very surprised you encountered bugs. Other than tiny ants that sometimes try to make their way in, we don't have any problems with bugs at all. We wonder what happened and will be on the lookout for them, for sure.

Clean place and looks just as advertised. Basic kitchen needs for light cooking were provided and coffee was great.This studio is half of the bldg. with the other half being the bathroom/shower/laundry side. If you are a light sleeper, you can sometimes here the hand dryer in the bathroom and the train is right across the hwy multiple times day/night. They offer free ear plugs in the office and that worked for us with some white noise. Otherwise, the price is right and the studio and bathrooms were clean. Matress on lower bunk is a little caved in. The stand alone was really comfortable. There was a clogged toilet and they fixed it right away. Check in was a breeze. I am picking only to give a full review but it really was a nice stay and we would stay again!

Comfortable, Beautiful and Quiet

I absolutely loved my stay at this location. Everything was as described. Nice quiet place. Good space inside. Comfortable bed. Lots of natural light inside and great windows to look out of. Everybody I encountered was super nice ! I was even able to enjoy a practice session of the band. Music was great and. What an excellent perk. I was invited to come and listen and have a beer but was very happy to sit in the flat and catch up on my texts (because I actually got good service with my cell ). My friend I was visiting lives in Carson and I had no service there, at all, so very happy with the VRBO space. If anybody is looking for a warm and cozy place to stay..this is it !! Not at all a problem having to go outside to get to the bathroom and shower and laundry areas. If you do any camping at all..this is like that but with a much more upscale space to stay. I just can't say enough good about space. It exceeded my expectations !! If in the area again..I would try to stay at Dog Mountain again. Definitely !
