PARKING
Rotating parking spaces are available in front of the property.
Parking on landscaped areas, streets, or irrigation areas is not allowed. Non-operational vehicles, vehicle repairs, and restricted vehicles (RVs, trailers, boats, commercial vehicles, etc.) are not permitted.

Accessibility Items
We provide a shower chair and an accessibility ramp at no extra cost. We kindly ask that these items be requested in advance.

POOL HEAT – Additional service
Cost: $45/day (plus taxes)

* 10% discount for 3+ nights
* 15% discount for 7+ nights
* 20% discount for 14+ nights
Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
Must be requested 48h in advance.
Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $149+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.

BBQ PROPANE TANK
The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.

DAMAGE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
We offer optional Damage Protection coverage for your stay for $79+ taxes.
This coverage helps protect against accidental damages and can help avoid potential extra charges. Many guests choose this option for added peace of mind during their stay.
If this protection is not selected, guests will be responsible for any damages caused during the stay.

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up anything else you may need.

Getting around
There are rotating parking spots in front of the property.
There shall be no parking on top of the landscaping, on the streets, and in irrigation areas.
No vehicle that cannot operate on its power shall remain on the property for more than 12 hours.
No repair or maintenance, except emergency repair, of vehicles shall be made within the community.
No commercial vehicles, RVs, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, boats (or other watercraft), trailers, including without limitation, boat trailers, horse trailers, mobile homes, and trailers of every other type of description, or camper, must be kept on the property
