Welcome to The Seashell 30A, our newly renovated vacation rental in Seagrove Beach, Florida! The Seashell 30A is a custom, coastal designed vacation rental located in the heart of 30A, perfect for families, couples, and small groups seeking an unforgettable getaway. A serene two-story end-unit with access to two pools and a very short five minute walk across the street to the pristine One Seagrove beach access. Our home is centrally located, nestled among a cypress grove and the tranquil backdrop of a state forest, offering not only peace and quiet but also easy access to all of 30A!

Enjoy an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Cassine Gardens offers two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, a stocked lake perfect for fishing, a basketball hoop, and extensive nature trails for hiking and biking. Complimentary beach equipment ensure you're equipped to relax by the sea. These amenities make every stay comfortable and relaxing. Home Comforts

Our townhome has been recently renovated to elevate your comfort. Thoughtfully designed and decorated. Custom tile bathrooms with new vanities, mirrors and hardware; brand new kitchen cabinetry and coastal backsplash. Enjoy plush king and queen pillow-top beds, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TVs, chic new furniture, and fresh paint and decor.

We offer our guests a stocked beach/pool closet including beach wagon, chairs, toys, tennis and pickle ball gear!

The layout includes:
A master suite with a king bed, private bath, and balcony.
A second bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk bed (twin over twin), and a balcony. A full bathroom right outside your door.
A spacious living room with brand new furniture and secluded deck. A full kitchen. And a half bath on the main floor.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs, with a smart TV in the guest room for entertainment. An initial supply of essentials like shampoo, paper, and soap products are provided to start your stay off right.

Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to all of Cassine Gardens' amenities. Explore the fitness trails, relax by the two pools, play tennis, pickleball, basketball, or fish in our private lake. Beach accesses are just steps away, offering endless sand and surf.

Other things to note
Please note that renting our property includes an agreement to the Owner's rental contract and adherence to Cassine Gardens Association rules. Details are available upon request.
