The email w/ the code for the key lockbox wasn't rec'd on the arrival date, but we were running late so didn't stress. By 10:30 pm I called twice, had the code sent. The password for the WiFi wasn't emailed either, required a second message the next day.
Yes, the house is in the woods, yet upon arrival a brown field beetle and earwig were in my daughter's bed, and wife stepped on a big black beetle in the bathroom.
Nearly all flat surfaces in the house were covered in dust, more so under the beds along with cobwebs, and one bedroom under the bed a piece of what appeared to be a snack wrapper as it had a silver side. My wife had a week of scratchy throat and runny nose with allergies from the dust.
While all other typical complementary starter items were in the house, was only a single small hotel-sized bar of soap in the bathroom sink.
The freezer makes a loud grinding noise when running, but the noise disappears when the air conditioner is running, since that makes an even louder noise. There are no ceiling fans so the living room and kitchen cool off fast, but the bedrooms need time for the cool air to get in to cool.
The water is very hot. Be careful when you start the faucets and shower. The water in the shower just "flows" almost straight down, so be close to the shower knobs to get wet. The bathroom sink has very strong water flow, so open slowly.
A bowl with wet paper towel is under the kitchen sink to catch a leaking pipe.
Beds are comfortable, house nice decor.
