Perfect and original Craftsman Arts and Crafts style house.
This is the loveliest historic house located on the East Marion Historic Corridor.
Our home dates back to 1912 and has many of the original details in place and wonderful condition. Its a one level home that is perfect for all ages! Its an original Sears Roebuck kit house ordered from a catalog and delivered ...lumber and windows and doors in all. Imagine that! Sears was like the Amazon of today....just order and it will come to you. That is what makes this house so extra special.
With views of open fields and nature preserve and a short walk to the Hampton Jitney, famous lavender farm, Seps farmstand and Angels Country Store.....what more can you ask for with less than a 2 hour drive from NYC
New kitchen with high end appliances, lovely outdoor space for grilling local fish and star gazing at night.
Heavenly Craftsman is walking distance to the bay beach and even our local public tennis court. Islands End Golf Course is just a half mile west and sure to please every golf lover with it beautiful waterfront course!
The house has two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other a full size bed. There is a cute office that is perfect for working from home or perhaps writing that novel you always wanted to!
A working fireplace for a chilly winters evening and it looks really nice in the summer as well.
Our dining room although you may not want to dine it...is perfect for a night of Scrabble or board games while enjoying a local wine.
We adhere to local laws and minimum stay requirements

Our house stands out because it is truly LOVED! You will see that when you visit. Each detail carefully taken care of. Heavenly Craftsman is the only Craftsman Arts and Craft house in our neighborhood.
