- The terrace accessible from the unit is solely designated for emergency exit purposes and is not intended for entertainment or leisure activities. Guests are prohibited from accessing it for any other purpose. Please be aware that any outdoor activity on the terrace is monitored by a security camera.
- Please note that our property is situated on a main street, and as a result, some street traffic noise may be audible during your stay. Additionally, there is a hospital within a mile radius, which means you may occasionally hear ambulance sirens.
- Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. Paid street parking is available on Lawrence Ave, and free street parking may be available on nearby side streets such as Maplewood St, Rockwell St, and Gunnison St. Please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the neighborhood. Please be advised that parking in any of the neighboring parking lots is prohibited as it is not our property. Your vehicle may be subject to towing if parked there.

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
