Designed for up to 28 guests, this expansive home features two inviting living areas, a serene backyard oasis with a private pool, outdoor shower, bar, lounge area with TV, and even a putting green—making it the perfect choice for groups seeking an unforgettable, beachside retreat.

PRIVATE POOL (21' X 7')
Pool Heat is available (April 1-May 31, September 1-October 31) for an additional fee of $875 + tax, only if temperatures are above 60°F even at night.

This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. These are not stand-alone hot tubs—they are part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues.

*If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
