Willkommen bei Kuilima Estates, der Wohnung, die sich auf dem Gelände der weltbekannten Turtle Bay befindet. Die Eigentumswohnungen sind von zwei wunderschön gepflegten Golfplätzen umgeben und sind die einzigen Eigentumswohnungen an der North Shore. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen, Zurückspulen und Wiederherstellen, und eine Welt weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt und zu einem schönen, geschützten, abgeschiedenen Strand, an dem Sie schwimmen, schnorcheln und surfen können. It’s mid

We were bummed because the description says there would be a travel crib and high chair but there wasn’t. It’s also not well stocked and they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper (that’s paper thin) for a week. We called and they brought us a travel crib but not until the next day and so our baby had to sleep in the bed with us that night which isn’t very safe. It’s also not very clean- dust all over the blinds, lamp shades and around the bed. The shower rod is also very rusty and dripping rust into the shower. The location is great! Turtle bay is awesome!! It also has 2 AC units which was amazing. Overall I’d say it was fine

Great unit and great location

Our turtle bay experience was everything we had hope for. Unit was extremely clean and well appointed. The 2 A/C units keep the entire unit at a very comfortable temperature. It is less than 100meters to the pro shop and an easy walk to the amazing beach at turtle bay. Beach gear was good, nice beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and sun umbrella.

Reviewer Comments: Nice little condo, great kitchen and living area, which is a good change from motel stays. A little dated in some areas, but nothing too bad. Easy walk to Turtle Bay beaches and walk across the first hole to Lei Leis bay and grill, easy drive to Haleiwa for food. Only downside was WIFI wasn’t working. Good communication from the property management. Overall pretty good place to stay, would recommend and would definitely come back

CLEAN, CLEAN,CLEAN

Cleanest rental I have seen. Updated interior, safe, comfortable. Both A/C units work great. Bed was great, linens were soft. Plenty of towel's. 3 boogie boards available. Perfect location if you want to be on the Northshore. Smaller hot water heater like most conds so need to plan out showers for a family or group as hot water runs out with 2 quick showers or one long one. Would love to stay at this cond again.

Review of Rental 13 West Turtle Bay Fazio

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Welllll, it was OK. The setting was wonderful and the weather was great. Right on the North Shore and close to all the local culture. The room was clean and had been updated with new floors, etc. However, the years had taken a toll. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and mildew on the bottom. The shower curtain rail was rusty. It was hard to take a shower looking at the condition of the curtain. The back screen doors were old and hard to slide. The air conditioners were old and noisy. We happened to check in while they were repaving the entire parking lot, so we had to park a couple blocks away. The gate code for the initial entry didn't work as expected, nobody answered the security phone, so we had to call the office who advised us to go in another gate where the asphalt trucks were working. The best part was walking on the golf cart paths of the closed Fazio golf course. We won't be coming back. The general condition of the property had been rode hard and put away wet.

It was clean, nicely furnished, and had many practical amenities (i.e., large and CLEAN washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.). The check-in check-out process was easy even when done after office hours. The turtle bay area is beautiful, but a little far from the more "established" areas of Oahu. Overall, this rental was absolutely amazing.

Difficulty getting through the gate

Getting through the gate the first time was difficult. The system described in the email did not work. Luckily a lady finally answered and opened the gate. Difficulty getting the a/c to work. You needed to push the button on the outlet in the living room. The property management was not very helpful when calling. - Otherwise the property met our expectations.

The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. 2 nice flat screen TV’s.
