Great place for the money, the floor were a little dirty and a few items could be improved (bedroom light is super dim, battery dead in remotes). Overall for the money this place is a WIN!

Stayed a week. Property was easy to find. Process was efficient. Nice pool area with live entertainment on weekends. Close to Tampa and airport. Would stay again!

Tampa Bay Getaway

This one bedroom condo was so clean and convenient to the Tampa area. Super close to the airport. We went to the aquarium, bush gardens and clearwater beach. We had a family of 4 stay comfortably for 3 nights. We cooked breakfast each day in the full kitchen and evem seen dolphins from the balcony.

Listing not overly accurate

When I was booking somewhere to stay, I filtered by two bedrooms. But when we arrived at the property, the actual unit was a small one-bedroom unit with a queen size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. The unit itself was clean, albeit the bathtub/ shower had not been upgraded and the drain had stains around it…not “clean” enough to allow by baby to sit down in the tub to be bathed. And there were no photos of the tub in the listing. The listing did say the unit was 500sq feet, I just didn’t think to review the listing to ensure the two bedrooms advertised was accurate. The property building itself is an older property, but the checking process was easy. I did voice my frustrations with the property manager, Melissa, and she was responsive. At the end of the day, we ended up not being able to stay at the property because of the bedroom situation. We don’t cosleep with our toddler, so that wasn’t an option and the bedroom was so small we couldn’t get the pack and play in the bedroom with the bed in there.
