The Yellowstone House comfortably hosts up to 17 guests, with 4 king en-suite bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) and a custom-built bunk room featuring 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower rooms.

Every bedroom is outfitted with new Casper mattresses for a rejuvenating sleep. Each room includes a private full bathroom, and features 8-foot sliding glass doors leading to a personal deck. Draw the blackout curtains for a peaceful night's rest or catch up on your favorite shows with the provided smart TV.

The primary bedroom stands out with its spacious design and cozy lounging area. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a freestanding bathtub, perfect for ultimate relaxation.

The kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including an 8-burner stove, double oven, and two refrigerators with bottom freezers. Featuring designer touches like locally reclaimed barnwood and crafted oak, this kitchen is both stunning and practical. The kitchen island seats 6 at the bar, with an additional dining table for 10.

Keep your supplies organized in the dual pantry and laundry room, which includes two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom-built bunk room is a favorite for families and friends, with three queen beds and three twin beds, a private bathroom, smart TV, and outdoor access. It’s an ideal spot for late-night chats and shared fun.

Set in a serene location, The Yellowstone House offers modern comforts like internet access throughout the home, heating, and A/C (a rare feature in Island Park). Enjoy the covered back deck that stretches along the house and immerse yourself in the natural beauty year-round.

The expansive circular driveway at The Yellowstone House is both grand and practical, accommodating trailers and outdoor equipment with ease. Designed for convenience, it allows smooth entry and exit for vehicles of all sizes. Enjoy a hassle-free parking experience and peace of mind knowing every detail is covered for your stay at our secluded retreat in Island Park, Idaho. Please note, we are about 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.


- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
