Take advantage of the two kayaks to explore the lake, relax by the water on our dock, or share evenings around the fire.

The Space:

Please note that the water has a smell of sulfur. It is safe to drink but you are more than welcome to bring your own bottled water.

There are approximately 100 to 125 steps to access the dock and lake. These stairs are not shoveled in winter time. Thank you.

There is only two kayaks provided. The dock is set up and fully fuctionnal by june 01. Bringing your own boat, kayak, canoe, or paddleboard to this lake is strictly forbidden. You are welcome to use the kayaks provided on-site. Both the guest and the property owner face fines if this rule is violated.

During winter, you need winter tires.



Guest Access:

To stay here you need to:

1- Fill out your contact information.

2-Provide a valid ID.

3-Give a security deposit of $750 as a pre-authorization on a credit card or a refundable payment, depending on the rental platform.

(If no damages are found after your stay, we will proceed with the refund of your deposit. Note that this may take up to 14 days due to banking delays)

4-Read thoroughly the house rules and agree.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 100$+tx/dog)

A fee of $40 + tax applies for each additional person starting at the 4th guest.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Wentworth-Nord, the cottage offers an enchanting setting in the heart of the Laurentides. Surrounded by the canopy of trees, it overlooks Lac Laurel, offering breathtaking panoramic views. The surrounding area abounds with outdoor activities, from kayak rides to refreshing swims from the private dock. The mountains invite adventure, with hiking trails to discover. For unforgettable evenings, there's nothing like gathering around the fire under the starry sky.



Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



This chalet does not have air conditioning.



The property has an artesian well, which can sometimes cause a slight odor. While it is generally safe to use, for your comfort we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking and cooking.
