Are you looking for an immaculate split-level beach cottage with incredible amenities? Bringing the fur babies with you? Look no further! 306 Pine Street is located in Murrells Inlet, SC, making it the perfect vacation rental location! This house is a short 2-mile ride to the beach, Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions that are within a 10-minute drive of the property. Guests will also love being just a short golf cart ride to the beach.
This immaculate beach house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two spacious living rooms, two full kitchens with full size appliances, two washer and dryers, multiple arcade games, a foosball table, a beautiful outdoor space with a hot tub, games, and pizza oven and grill, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 12 guests, including pack-n-plays!
As of 2025, all of the carpet in the bedrooms has been replaced with stunning, top of the line LVP, adding to the already luxurious feel of the home. These upgrades have made a world of difference, and we couldn't be more excited to share them with you!
There are 4 spacious bedrooms inside the home, The layouts are as follows!
Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and features a bunk bed with a full-size bed on top and a full-size bed on bottom, nightstand, ceiling fan, dresser for storage, and closet. In addition, there is a king size bed, nightstand, ceiling fan, window for natural light, and dresser for storage.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located in the main house upstairs and is considered the master. This bedroom features a king size bed, night stands on either side of the bed, ceiling fan, dresser and two walk-in closets for storage, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a stunning zero entry shower that is beautifully tiled, a large double vanity with custom sinks and faucets, a sitting area, two mirrors, and toilet.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located in the main house upstairs and features a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser for storage, ceiling fan, window for natural light, and access to the jack and jill style bathroom.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located in the main house upstairs and features a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser for storage, ceiling fan, window for natural light, and access to the same jack and jill style bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.
Moving through the two levels of this house you will find two living rooms, two full size kitchens, two washer and dryers, a dining area, and more! Those layouts are as follows!

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 pets (dog or cat) with a $250 paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $250 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic starter toiletries that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
This beach house is in a prime location in Murrells Inlet. Guests are only a short drive to Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more.
It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 23 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 23 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 23 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
