This single-story home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV, and 2 bathrooms. The living room couch converts into a full-sized bed. The house is accessible via steps leading to the front door. The backyard is fully fenced, making it ideal for pets. The home also includes a combination washer and dryer unit. Parking is available in the driveway for one vehicle, with additional free street parking available.
Guests will have access to the entire home. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
Nestled in the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood of Hope Gardens, this location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and urban convenience. You are just a few minutes away from Germantown which is home to the Tennessee State Museum, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, the Nashville Farmers' Market & the Nashville Sounds baseball stadium as well as many local boutiques and Nashville’s most critically-acclaimed restaurants making it a culinary destination in its own right. Some of our favorite places to visit in the neighborhood are Rolf & Daughters, The Optimist, Mother's Ruin, & Von Elrod's.
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city.

Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.
