I just want to start by saying how truly sorry I am that your experience with us didn’t feel the way it should have. That genuinely means a lot to me, and it’s really disappointing to hear that we fell short for you. I’m especially sorry about the gate situation. I can only imagine how frustrating that must have been arriving and not being able to get in right away. We resolved it as quickly as we could once we connected, but I really wish that hadn’t been part of your experience at all. I also want to apologize for all of the messages. The truth is, we’ve had some bad experiences in the past that led us to over-communicate a bit more than we probably should. Your feedback helps me see that we need to find a better balance, especially for guests like you. I’m also really sorry if it felt like you couldn’t have friends or family over. That was never meant to make you feel restricted. Again, in the past our home wasn’t respected and even damaged, which is why we’ve become more cautious. But truly, if we had known ahead of time what kind of guests you would be, we would have felt completely comfortable being more flexible. And I just want you to know how much I genuinely appreciated you. The way you took care of the home did not go unnoticed at all. It was left in such beautiful condition, and that really means a lot to me. Guests like you are exactly who we hope to host, and it honestly makes this even more disappointing on our end knowing that your experience wasn’t what it should have been. I would like to make this right for both of us. I am willing to refund a fair amount in exchange for removing your review and I'm completely open to what you feel would be fair.
