The home is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents and families. Per the city noise ordinance, loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM. Violations may result in reporting to authorities, and immediate removal without refund.

● Outdoor quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
● No events, large gatherings, or loud music
● Filming/photoshoots require prior approval (minimum $500 fine)

PARKING
