This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths ample living space and a fully equipped kitchen.
We have 2 King size master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 twin size beds, Disney themed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, twin & full size, Harry Potter themed.
Also a separate room where you can watch TV or work at the desk.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. Off the kitchen is “the nook area” and a 4 seat informal dining table with patio doors leading on to the pool and deck. A dining area that seats six and a game room with a pool table.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has unlimited wireless internet throughout for your laptop, tablet or phone
There is an extended pool deck with a very large pool and benefits from not having any rear neighbors and has a covered lanai for the times when you want to get out of the hot Florida sun. We also have a spa so you can have a nice bubble after a long day in the parks! From the pool area you have a great conservation view across woodlands and a pond. You will enjoy the wild life!
Pool/ Spa heat can be added for an additional fee.

EV charging:
"The Tesla Mobile connector Gen 2 ( 1763817-00-A) will be ready to charge the EV upon arrival. This is a NEMA 14-50 EV Charger 32A, and will add up to 30 miles/hour. For non-Tesla EV guests, please bring an adapter that is compatible and works with the Tesla mobile Charger Gen 2 for their EV model. Guests will be charged if the charger is damaged or missing at the end of the stay. Guests must notify us two days before the check-in day if they need EV charging to avoid setup fees after check-in."

The Watersong resort is set in a tranquil setting surrounded by lush greenery, woodlands, lakes and conservation areas and will certainly appeal to the more discerning traveler. Please note:

This property is self-catering--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, the property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
