This single-bedroom home is located just a block away from the historic Haymount neighborhood, a mile from downtown Fayetteville. The home is outfitted in a modern farmhouse style with casual and inviting furnishings that tempt you to settle in and stay awhile. There is a queen-size bed plus and a pullout couch for added sleeping capacity.

The sofa and loveseat are super comfy. The dining area features a table for four plus a convenient breakfast bar. In case you feel like home cooking, the fully equipped full-size kitchen includes updated stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and a complimentary breakfast station. The bedroom is exceptionally large and feature ceiling fans to help maintain the perfect temperature for a good night’s rest. Featuring a newly renovated bathroom. Amenities include a designated workspaces, WiFi, air conditioning, and two sets of washer and dryers. Step outside to gather around a firepit in the open backyard. You have free, onsite parking and access to a shared gym (8am to 8pm) with an assortment of workout equipment. This is a great neighborhood for walking the dog, and it’s only a 2-minute walk to Latitude 35 Bar and Grill and a 3-minute walk to District House of Taps!

You will have exclusive use of the fully fenced in backyard and fire-pit. The front yard and gym is shared.

It is best for guest to get around by car, but guest are also with in walking distance of downtown Haymount.

There is also a basement unit at this location and you may occasionally hear the guests downstairs.
