A Wave from It All 4, Is our new beach house located directly on the beach! Just 20 minutes from airport. Playa El Pimental.

When sending in Inquiry or booking request, please provide us with total number of guests including all children & infants. There is extra cost for over 10 people, and we must know in advance, enter dates available on calendar. This will help us answer any question you have about price and availability. Maximum is 14 total including all children.

Guest satisfaction is our upmost priority! Below you will find House Rules & Information about what is included and what you are responsible for and what you are required to bring. Please share with all guests.

Day visitors (guests that only come for day, 9am to 6pm (not included in reservation)A $10 per person, per day Fee will be apply. We MUST be notified before arrival or access will not be permitted; limited amount of day guest allowed based on reservation overall total. Max 14

Any changes to reservation must be communicated prior arrival, otherwise you risk not be allowed to enter property. We provide our personal contact information once booking is completed.

House Information

Check in anytime after 2pm before 7pm. Must contact Caretaker 30 minutes prior to arrival, (Caretaker contact number to be provided after reservation is complete)

Basic cable / WIFI included in rental fee. No streaming or downloading is permitted

Kitchen is equipped with basic needs for 14 people, plates, plastic cups, utensil, basic pots & pans.

Electric stove with oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & Blender included.

Blankets, sheets and pillow provided.

Private pool with built in lounge area.

Pool is cleaned by caretaker each day; Chemicals are added at night.

Large privacy walls, with beach gate.

3 Air conditioner remotes, 2 tv remotes & 2 ceiling fan remotes as well as house keys MUST be given directly to caretaker on departure (extra fee for missing or damaged remotes and or keys will be applied to credit card on file)

Recommend – Bug Spray, indoor, outdoor, and personal. Open concept allows for them to be everywhere. Not included in rental.

No Large Parties

No Smoking on property
Air Conditioner MUST not run all day! Door and windows closed when in use. A/C on ONLY when rooms are in use. Takes 10 minutes to cool down.
Outdoor shower to remove beach sand, required before entering pool, at all times.
Use off sunscreen and lotions in pool is not permitted. apply 1 hour before entering pool.
No glass pool side or in pool
No access to pool pump or equipment at any time
No Towels – Bring your own.
Toilet paper not included.
Don’t not flush toilet paper in toilet! Must be disposed in trash can.
Other Personal toiletries, not included (such as but not limited too, shampoo, soap, and toothpaste)
Food or food related items (such as but not limited too, paper towel, salt, paper, not included.)
Drinkable water not included.
No food allowed in bedrooms.
Do not move indoor furniture outside.
Do not leave food out on counter nor place on floor, this attracts unwanted bugs…
No BBQ or Grill
No Washer / Dryer
Must keep beach gate closed to prevent stray dogs from entering property.
Renter must clean kitchen and put dishes away, collect all trash from bathrooms and kitchen and leave bag in driveway on departure.
Keeping the house, patio, & pool area clean during your stay is your responsibility…Just like you are at home.
Kindness to Caretakers always.
Caretaker will do an inspection 30 minutes prior to departure. Any damages or missing property will be charged to credit card on file.
Any violation of house rules will result in removal from property without refund.

Caretaker Services

Optional, Not included in rental.

Caretakers offer cooking and clean up after each meals service. not included in rental fee, food not included… paid directly to them on arrival or the day service is used in morning for longer stays, $25 per day. (lunch, dinner &breakfast). You provide food, meal plan and timing.

Does not included cleaning of bedrooms or bathrooms, or trash removal, trash can be place in large cans put out front and Victor will collect Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays at 7am.

Victor and Marcela are available between 7am and 7 pm for any assist require. You will be provided WA number upon completion of reservation.

We are happy to welcome you to our little get away by the sea… please be sure to read through the house rules and share with all the guest that will be arriving. Once you arrive at beach house gate, please remember to honk your horn to let our Caretakers know you have arrived.
