Beautiful Ocean Block elevator access 1BR 1BA condo on the third floor, with a POOL. Recently renovated condo with private parking. New LVP flooring, new bathroom, new kitchen with granite countertops and has a power adjustable king bed and sofa bed with premium memory foam mattress. Just 1/2 block to the beach and close to Alley Oops, The Crab Bag, Caribbean Mini Golf, Vista Rooftop Lounge, Billy's Subs, amusements, entertainment Fenwick Lighthouse and Northside Park.
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
