Welcome to Surftastic, a stunning studio with an oceanfront balcony, 2 murphy beds, outdoor pool, in north Ocean City!

Near lots of great restaurants, bars, and 58 acre North Side Park. The park has sports fields, a recreation center, a walking/jogging/biking path, fishing/crabbing pier, playground, and an outdoor fitness area.

It's hard to get closer to the ocean without getting your feet wet! This studio unit sleeps 4 with a queen murphy bed and a full murphy bed. Unit is light, bright and updated. Located in low-rise condo building, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy sunrises from the ocean front balcony and after a day at the beach rinse off at the convenient outside shower and enjoy a cocktail on the balcony while you look for that last playful dolphin of the day.

Linens and towels are provided! The unit does not have a dishwasher. Please note that a $40 fee will be charged if any dirty dishes are left.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

Features contactless check with an electronic lock! Your unique access code will be sent the day of check in prior to your arrival.

Entire unit is at your disposal! The building has an outdoor shower as you step off the beach, an elevator for easy access to your unit, and an outdoor pool open in the summer (key in the unit). you also get one dedicated parking space (space #44).

Surftastic is in the highly sought after area of North Ocean City directly on the ocean. We're a short walk from many great restaurants and bars (Crab Bag, Tailchasers, Pit&Pub, Crab Cake Factory, Cafe Mirage, etc). We're also within walking distance of 58 acre North Side Park...home to sports fields, a walking/jogging/biking path, fishing/crabbing pier, rec center, and outdoor fitness center! in the summer the park is home to weekly live music and fireworks at Sundays in the Park, and Winterfest of Lights from late November until New Year's Day!

Guests can access the building's shared laundry facility on the ground floor!

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute near the elevators.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Our Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% of the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee.
If guests cancel within 7 stays of check in, no refund will be sent.
