This spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home comes complete with a private screened swimming pool and conservation views off its south facing private pool deck. Located in Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful, gated community, this home is conveniently located only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort and easily accessible to other major attractions that Orlando offers with restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walmart superstore, just 5 minutes away. The home sleeps 8 guests and is comfortably furnished and in the main family room you will find an open planned lounge area, dining section and kitchen.  This home offers the benefit of two king master suites and two further twin bedded rooms, all of which are equipped with a TV. The outside patio has a table and chairs for al fresco dining under the shaded lanai, as well as sun loungers and a grill. The kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, dishwasher etc. It also has a washer and drier and a good supply of towels and linens. As a further bonus guests can be further entertained in the Games room offering foosball, pool and air hockey. Pool heat is optional and charged separately but guest do have FREE high-speed internet and FREE use of a gas grill (propane guest to supply) throughout their stay. Onsite there is a children's play area, walking paths and fishing available on a catch and release basis. Pool heat p[tional for an additional fee on request.
