Full Description:

Our home is equipped with a walk-in kitchen with a full refrigerator, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

We have a brand new, powerful mini-split AC unit installed in the living room, along with two portable and strong window AC units to cool the bedrooms if needed.

The living room features a large new west elm sectional perfect for curling up and watching tv (smart TV with Netflix, YoutubeTV, etc.)

Our dining table is small, though can extend to seat six guests. We also have an outdoor dining table with string lights above.

The front yard is fully fenced in and features an infrared BBQ grill.

Around the back of the house there is a surfboard rack to stow your beach gear along with an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a trip to the beach (beach chairs provided).

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

- 1 Twin trundle bed (Twin bed with another twin bed that pulls out)

Neither bathroom is an ensuite, though one bathroom can be closed off from the other side of the house if you would like to have your own space.

The property has a long driveway that can fit two cars.

Pets are welcome!

While this house is a 4 bed/2 bath, the space is small, roughly 1,100 square feet. We recommend staying at our beach cottage if you value location (proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants - very walkable), a comfortable bed, nice furnishings, and a responsive local host.

If you are in a larger group and plan on spending a lot of time in the house and value privacy from your group, we would suggest staying at a larger home in the neighborhood.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an exterior security camera facing the driveway.

Beginning June 2024, construction began on one of the adjacent properties to ours. Construction may occur during weekdays 7am-7pm. There is no construction permitted on weekends. We apologize for the inconvenience.
