This was our 2nd time staying at the cabin and it was a great time! Kim and Jason are wonderful hosts with great accommodations and amenities that are available with the stay. We rented the pontoon and enjoyed time out on the beautiful lake, along with grilling and evening bonfires. We look forward to another stay at the cabin in the future and would highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed as a family of 6. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, and we really enjoyed using kayaks and paddle boards on the lake. We also rented the pontoon boat for the week and had fun exploring the lake. The nearby towns are small but had fun restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great for our family and extended family. Nice views of the lake from the cabin and plenty of seating to lounge closer to the lake also. Pontoon worked great and enjoyed ourselves on the water. It was so fun getting back to Roosevelt, as my husband grew up going to a family cabin on the lake that they sold. The property had extra accommodations that were great for our little kids too like dishes and booster seat. They were quick to accommodate us if something wasn’t expected also. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Clean and well stocked for cooking. I’d recommend staying here and would again! Thanks Kim & Jason!

Weekend getaway

Property was fantastic. Weather you are looking for a get together with friends or with family would highly recommend this cabin. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and enjoy a campfire in the evenings. Hosts were very friendly and attentive to any needs or issues that could arise. Definitely would stay here again

Great stay

This place was very clean. I had six of my employees stay here while we worked during the day and slept here at night. Everyone was impressed. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our family reunion at this beautiful property. The host is very gracious, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is very clean, comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The availability of pontoon rental was a big plus for our stay. We all agreed that we would like to come back next year!

My family had a great time staying in this lovely cabin on Lake Roosevelt. We spent every day on the water--kayaking, paddle boarding, diving off the platform and just floating in the sun. The water is crystal clear--probably the cleanest MN lake we've encountered! The house was well stocked with the kitchen equipment to prepare all of our family meals, every room was extremely clean, and Kim (host) was responsive to my questions. I typically come to rentals prepared to clean things to my high standards, but I didn't have to do a thing here! We went into Outing and Emily for occasional supplies, and we were able to find everything we needed. An afternoon of mini-golf in Crosslake meant a beautiful drive and dinner out at a local bar, which was also great. A great family vacation!

Up North Getaway

Our stay with family and friends was a wonderful up north getaway and would highly recommend! Kim is very accommodating for any needs and prompt communication. We were able to take in several amenities with grilling, boating, bonfires, and kayaks. The scenery is beautiful and one of the best lakes in Minnesota, especially Woods Bay!

A Perfect, Comfy, Fresh Getaway

We came with three generations needing 4 bedrooms, and this was the perfect place to stay. When the kids were in bed, we could hang out in the living room to chat. The dining table was big enough for our breakfasts, and the kitchen was convenient with all the dishes and cookware we needed. I loved sitting in the tree swing down by the lake in the morning with my husband and grandson. We played with the ax-throwing kit, too. Very fun. Kim was incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. 5 stars!
