Hollywood Hideaway is located in Midtown Memphis near Broad Ave art district. The area is an urban neighborhood that boasts great restaurants, breweries, and entertainment for all ages. Enjoy live music at the Overton Park Shell and LaFayette's Music Room, dine at many local restaurants nearby, or take in a day at the Memphis Zoo, all within minutes of the property! It is important to mention the area is currently going through rejuvenation, so you will notice vacant homes but also homes undergoing renovation, as well as, new builds.

You will have access to the entire property except one locked closet in the bedroom that contains the cleaning supplies.

Steps with hand rails are required to enter all exterior doors to the property.

⭐️⭐️Hollywood Hideaway⭐️⭐️ is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home nestled in the heart of midtown Memphis, offering an ideal location and excellent amenities.

🛏️ The home features two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed, bedside charging stations for all your devices, a chair, lamp, mirror, and TV for your watching pleasure in bed. You’ll find a selection of pillows to suit your comfort preference.

🛁 The bathroom comes equipped with all the starter essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, body wash, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

👩‍🍳 The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, featuring a gas stove, microwave, toaster, and a variety of spices. Start your day at the coffee bar with your morning brew.

🔌 Additional charging stations are available in both the kitchen and living room for your convenience.

📺 The living room boasts a 55” Roku TV with plenty of channels, and a variety of games beneath the TV. You can also log into your own streaming services.

🛜 High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, along with a dedicated workspace that includes a wireless charging station for your phone.

🌳 Enjoy outdoor activities with a cornhole game, a fire pit, and a grill in the backyard.

🐾🐶 The fully fenced yard ensures privacy and a safe space for your dog to roam—just remember to supervise them.

🧊 A cooler is available for your use for outside at the fire pit or a picnic at Overton Park.

⭐️ The fire pit lights can be easily switched on from outside by the backdoor.

🧦👚 A washer and dryer are available for use, complete with laundry pods and dryer sheets.

🐶🐱 Pets are welcome, but we ask that they be crated when left alone in the home. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

🎥 For your safety and the property’s, there are motion-activated security cameras that record audio and video at the front door, backyard, and south end of the house. The cameras monitor the back deck and fire pit area. Please do not tamper with them.

🚨 An optional alarm system is available for added security.

⭐️ Guests can enjoy self check-in with details provided upon booking.

🚭 To help maintain a peaceful environment, we’ve installed a Wynd monitoring device that tracks noise levels to prevent disturbances. It also detects recreational smoking inside the property.

**This is a 4 person max property. Only those listed on the reservation are allowed at the property.

Everything in midtown is close and convenient with a 5 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride. There is usually free parking on the street that may require a short walk to your destination. Overton Square does offer a pay to park garage.

There is a MAXIMUM of 4 guest allowed at the property and only those listed on the booking are allowed.

Front Door is key entry with key in key box. Back Door is keypad or key entrance (code will be given prior to check in).

We have 3 motion activated security cameras that record audio and video. They are located at the front door, backyard, and south side of the house by the gate. The back deck and fire pit are in the viewing area of the backyard.

We have weekly lawn services and quarterly pest control services. Someone may need access to the backyard during your stay to take care of this. We will do our best to give you notice.

***We have installed a Wynd Sentry in the hallway which is made for rental hosts and property managers. It is a noise decibel monitor (high levels like a party) and monitors cigarette and recreational smoke in the rental.

Smoke detected in the home results in a $200 fine as it’s extremely difficult to remove the smell before the next guest.

We also have to include an additional $200 fine if there is a group at the home that disturbs the neighbors.

The property is located on a busy street.
