The Middle Cottage is a peaceful retreat designed for relaxation in every season. This cozy 2BR/2BA cottage features a private hot tub, seasonal pool, fire table, and a quiet fenced backyard oasis. Inside, warm textures and comfortable furnishings make this home perfect for couples’ getaways, small families, work-from-home trips, or wellness-style resets. Enjoy steaming hot tub nights under the stars in winter and resort-style pool days in summer.

THE SPACE
Step into a warm and inviting cottage with a thoughtful layout that includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open concept living and dining space is perfect for relaxing, working remotely with fast WiFi, or enjoying meals at home. Each bedroom includes fresh linens, comfortable beds. Master has a smart TV for easy streaming and en suite bathroom.

Outside, the backyard becomes your own private oasis. During summer, enjoy the pool, loungers, and outdoor dining areas. In cooler months, the year-round hot tub and fire table create a magical getaway atmosphere. Whether you’re soaking in the warmth, sipping wine by the fire, or relaxing under soft patio lighting, every part of this space is made for comfort.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire cottage, hot tub, backyard, pool (seasonal), and all amenities.
Self check-in is available for a smooth, flexible arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
– Pool is seasonal and typically open from late May through early October (weather permitting).
– Hot tub is available year-round.
– Fire pit is available for guest use.
– A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
– Primary renter must be 30+ years old.
– One well-behaved dog may be allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
– No parties or unregistered guests.
– Hot tub safety rules apply (no glass, no lotions, replace cover when not in use).
– Backyard is fully fenced.
– Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
Important Booking Note:
As part of our standard process, guests are asked to complete a short rental agreement and place a refundable security deposit hold on a credit card prior to arrival.
This is done securely through our system (we never see or store your card details) and is a common practice for professionally managed homes to help protect both guests and the property.
