Unit CA401S Welcome to Crescent Arms on beautiful siesta key Florida. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck. It is a highly coveted front center unit. This unit has been updated this year new paint, doors and trim. Featuring the best views of the white sandy beach and the vast sunsets that Siesta key has to offer. This unit has a huge Lanai that is accessible from the living area and both bedrooms through sliding glass doors. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room offering privacy in each bedroom with their own bathroom en suite. Every room has a view of the water while cooking dinner at night to relaxing in your bed in the morning you can watch the seagulls fly by and hear the waves lapping against the white sand beach.
This unit has a king bed in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom.

Loved the freshened look of the condo. We love this unit. The view is spectacular. Couple minor suggestions. A nice frying pan. Everything sticks to the ones that are there. A keurig coffee maker would add a nice touch. Hope I don't sound too picky. Love this place and already booked back for next year. A special vacation for just me and my sister ❤️

This is our second year staying with you guys…this year we had a few concerns with the main one being the unit above us dumping water from there balcony which fell into our balcony getting us wet while sitting on our balcony…this could have damaged more than it did, not only did it get on us but the water also landed on personal cell phones and belongings.

Sliding glass doors didn't open correctly. Very hard to work. Pocket bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Chain on toilet broke 3 times. Painting was loud fumes were strong and ruined a pair of flip flops that got paint on them Neighbors below were smoking cigars and other substances that made it unable for us to sit on balcony or keep door walls open. The view was great the beach umbrella service was nice and the pool was clean and nice

Back again!

We love crescent arms! It was our 4th time staying there but it was our second time staying in this unit. We had such a great time we booked again next year! The view is incredible, the sound of the waves, right on the beach, the unit slept our family of 6 comfortably. All around great vacation!

I gave it one star because the one and only thing we liked about this condo was the ocean view. The one bed in the 2 bedroom room smelled like urine. We had to flip the mattress over and wash all the sheets. The comforter smelled like it had not been washed in quite some time. We did reach out to management but did not hear back until the following day. By that time , we resolved the issues ourselves. The bathroom door in the guest bedroom did not have a latch and would slide back open. The sliding glass doors in the living area did not shut all the way and warm air was coining through. Only one side worked. They did attempt to fix it but it really needs replaced. I believe this issue was in a previous review. The place itself was very plain and very basic. The bathroom in the main bedroom was a mess. There was so much mold in the shower. Under the hand rail and the track of the door… also on the shower head. Management did say they would have the cleaners come the next day at 1 pm but we were not going to be around in the middle of the day and wanted to be there if someone did come. Paying for laundry was another pain. 2.50 for 1 load to wash and another 2.50 to dry. The kitchen are is small. No garbage disposal. No Keurig. There was no spatula and one pan that would fit about one egg. One chair missing from a 6 chair dining table. The balcony had a pool noodle that was in two pieces that was so faded . It must have been there for months. Disappointed!!
