Whether you're planning to hit the casinos, enjoy water activities on the lake or river, or simply relax in the backyard pool, we've got you covered. This home is great for multiple families.

Our home features a full kitchen, including a dining area that seats 8, and an outdoor dining area that seats 8 as well. You'll have plenty of space for parking, with room for 3 vehicles and a boat. We're located less than a mile from Davis Camp on the River, 2 miles from the Laughlin Strip, and just 6 miles to Katherine Landing on Lake Mohave.

Our private backyard features a pool, outdoor covered patio, and barbecue pit, perfect for spending time with family and friends. You'll also have access to free wifi with Hulu, Disney Plus, and Netflix. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and TVs, and you'll have use of downstairs closets, a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a brand new fridge with an ice maker.

Huge Living room- enjoy the Ping Pong Table, playing board games, Big Jenga. This room is spacious enough for additional sleeping accommodations such as a roll-away bed or air mattress, which can be provided upon request.

The Master Suite is a spacious loft area with a comfortable King-sized bed that can accommodate 2 people. If required, a roll-away bed or a Queen-sized air mattress can also be provided upon request. The Master Suite also features a TV, a small balcony with patio chairs and a table, providing a perfect spot to admire the beautiful sunsets or enjoy star-gazing in the evening.

Bedroom 1 features a bunk bed with full beds and a twin bed, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a closet. Your kids can bring their video game console to enjoy their own space.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen-sized bed, a TV, a closet, and a sliding door to a small patio area with pool access. There is also a ceiling fan in the room.

Bathroom 1 on the first floor has a full tub, shower, and toilet.

On the second floor, the master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, a full bathtub, two sinks, and a private toilet. We provide toilet paper, basic shampoo, and body wash.

The private backyard features a covered patio, a dining area with eight chairs, two lounge chairs, and a grill, free of clutter, umbrellas, a full propane tank. If the tank runs out, we will have one delivered to you. Swimming pool, guests assume all responsibilities for unsupervised children. The exterior of the house and interior garage is equipped with cameras that will capture the number of guests coming into the home and any unsupervised children near the pool. No garage access.

Ample parking space for boat, truck and 2 more vehicles.

The amount of guests should match the amount listed when booking the property. Any additional guests exceeding the amount booked will be charged $50.00 per guest, per night, including children. Any guests that exceed the amount of guests booked will be reported to VRBO that the house rules have been violated.

NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. Please respect the owners health when renting this property since the owners use the house often. If animals are brought into the house you will be charged and additional fee of $200.00 dollars which will go towards deep cleaning of house, floors, carpet, and furniture and you will be required to leave the premises and loss of security deposit. If you refuse to vacate the Bullhead City Police Department will be contacted to deal with the trespass violation.

Laundry is permitted no heavy loads or clothes with sand. ANY sand damage or overloaded will result in a $250 charge for damage, repairs and cleaning of machines.

Guest Access is a Private Entrance with keyless keypad entry.
Guest enter via the front door adjacent to the driveway.
Security cameras on the exterior of home, inside garage only, and pool area with floodlight. Alarm is activated when opening the sliding doors to alert parents for pool supervision.
