Penny, I knew minute one there was no pleasing you when you couldn’t work the lock system and I came right there to help within 5 minutes and it was working fine, you just hadn’t read the instructions sent. Then the driveway wasn’t big enough for 4 big trucks so you were leaving, then you couldn’t find the laundry room that is right inside the r front door, then you didn’t think you had to take the trash to the curb for weekly pick up as stated in the house rules you can read before booking. I could go on, but even when you peed yourself in my driveway I was so kind to you. I even spent 25 mins trying to find another place for your children to come stay. My reviews also speak for themselves and I could’ve hung the moon and you’d say it was crooked. I even have a text from you that says “you really are a saint.” I can’t expect to win them all but goodness did I try.
