Veranda Villa ist ein wunderschön eingerichtet und gepflegten mediterranen Stil zu Hause mit bunten, komfortable und luxuriöse Einrichtung. Hohe Decken, Holzböden, Gourmet-Küche und Deckenventilatoren.
Französisch Türen öffnen, von jedem Zimmer auf 1600 sq ft von breiten Verpackungsveranden auf allen Ebenen zu genießen Frühstück oder einfach nur Entspannen. Open Grundriss mit Gourmet-Küche und Granit.
Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne, separater Dusche und Französisch Türen zu Terrasse. Ein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein ausziehbares. Die Kuppel hat eine im Sitzbereich, der mit einem kleinen Schlafbereich, die Jugendlichen vielleicht genießen wandelt gebaut.

Astonishing House in an Amazing Location! 👏

Lovely stay

This house was just right for our party of 6. The central location within Carillon is ideal—short walk to the beach walkover, pools, pickle ball courts, and beach cafe. The master bathroom looks to be newly updated and it is beautiful! Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful home to spend a week at the beach

We had a great time getting the family together at the beach and we all felt so at home staying in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything worked properly. Just an easy short walk directly to the beach. Christine made sure that everything was perfect for our stay.

Loved it!

We absolutely love Carillon Beach and all of the amenities it offers. Veranda Villa sits in a great central location that is convenient to it all (the park, beach, and market area). The house itself was a perfect fit for our family of five. We also loved sitting out on the house’s beautiful porches. We would definitely recommend.

Roberts Family Vacation 2023

This home was fantastic. Located in the best area for people walking by to visit with while sitting on the front porch. It was a highlight of our trip. Very clean and comfortable. Had a surprise birthday party on the wrap around porch for our family of 25. Every year we go to Carillon Beach with most of the entire family. Sister's family stayed within walking distance at Sittin Purdy. This was the best home we have stayed in and plan on staying there for years to come.

Wonderful Stay!

Veranda Villa is a nice house with a beautiful wrap around porch! We had 4 adults and 2 teens. We all had plenty of space. It is only 1 block from the beach entrance and the neighborhood cafe. The home is equipped with just about any appliance that you might need. The homeowner was wonderful! Check-in was easy and she had great suggestions on places to eat and included us on events for the neighborhood the week we stayed.

HIDDEN GEM! I said this to my husband the entire week to the point he was making fun of me. We have been 30a rosemary, inlet, seaside visitors for over 15years and this is the first time we tried Carillon! HIDDEN GEM and we will be back. The house was great. Location, space, rooms etc. the house has EVERYTHING you might need. The TVs should be updated to smart tvs. I get you are at the beach and shouldnt be watching tv, but I like my shows. Hahaha. The porch was heaven and we truly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owner was OVER THE TOP GREAT and always available for questions etc. HIDDEN GEM!

Loved Viranda Villa Stay

The Viranda Villa was a perfect vacation spot for our needs. In particular, i liked that it was in a gated community, only a half block golf cart ride or walk to the beach, and all the homes are beautiful. I felt safe and at peace with nature and my favorite place was sitting on the Viranda drinking my hot tea or drinking a glass of wine taking in the sounds of nature and enjoying the sound of the ocean and birds. I hardly left all week except to buy food. My son and his family come to the Villa every evening for dinner and we just hung out and relaxed. Christina was a hands on homeowner and I found her friendly and accommodating. Loved my week here with my husband and my birth Home -Florida. Nirvana.

Great property, close to the beach

We love this house and the location. This is our second time staying in this area. Christine was a great host and communicated great with me. She even let us go in a couple hours early to change and then we hung out at the beach while the house was cleaned. The house was just enough space for our family of 5. We love the close proximity to the beach. It was also a great bonus to have two beach chairs with an umbrella. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need to cook meals in. We had a few rainy days and loved being able to sit out on the covers porch and listen to the rain. We loved being able to walk around this awesome community. We will for sure be back to stay here again. Thank you for opening your house to our family.

A home away from home

My wife and I have been coming to Carillon since 2002 and Veranda Villa is by far the nicest home we have stayed in, and I use the term "home" as that is how the owners have organized the house and the feeling it imparts to the visitor. Well situated just a short stroll from the beach walkover, the home is very comfortably furnished and the kitchen is a gourmet's delight with every convenience and utensil a keen cook would ever need. Coffee on the upstairs veranda is a delight in the morning, with the sounds of the waves close by and not to forget, the wonderful bells of the Carillon located adjacent to the property ringing a variety of beautiful tunes, including the chimes of Big ben in London, my original home. Oh, Don't forget to rent the golf cart too for sightseeing the many lovely homes of this special community. We enjoyed our time so much, we extended our stay three times! If you stay in Carillon, best stay at Veranda Villa, you won't want to leave either we guarantee!

Best vacation!

Carillon has become one of our favorite family beach vacation spots! This 3-bedroom, comfortable, and well-equipped home was in a great location to the beach walk-over. We also rented their personal golf cart to help get extra chairs, beach equipment and a toddler there a little easier, even though it is a very short walk. Unfortunately, our family is growing and we will need to find a 4-bedroom house next time, but know many of you reading reviews will be interested in knowing the air conditioning worked so well- we like a very cold sleeping environment, the queen and king beds were super comfortable with nice sheets, blankets and comforters. There was always plenty of very hot water for showers! Our favorite part though was the wrap around porch that caught a nice breeze and had plenty of seating. It was very helpful to get a lot of details from Christine before going to best pack/ shop and appreciate the personal touch she provided this experience.

Veranda Villa is Southern Charm at it’s finest!

Veranda Villa Wow! What a great home in an charming neighborhood! The white picket fence led you into Veranda Villa which had such an awesome “homey” feel and was decorated so beautifully. Everything we needed was there! You could even walk up the three flights of stairs and walk around the “Widow’s Walk” for the perfect view of the ocean!! There was even a telescope in the sitting area. The porches were a very inviting spot for morning and evening reading and listening to the charming Bell Tower that chimes on the hour and even plays songs. Having the golf cart made it easy to ride to ride around the neighborhood and get to the beach pool! Right down the street was the private beach walkover to our beach chairs. The beach and water were absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets were nothing less than breathtaking! This neighborhood is also close to lots of shopping and restaurants and even Pier Park. As soon as you enter Carillon, with it’s white picket fences and quiet serenity, you almost feel as though you have stepped back in time to a slower pace of life. If quaint is your thing, this is the place for you!

VERANDA VILLA WEEK STAY- GOOD BONES, NEEDS SOME TLC.

There are many good attributes to share about the Veranda Villa- the porch space is amazing, daily morning breeze was wonderful, loved having access to fresh basil and rosemary for cooking, gas stove, plenty of dishes, platters, glassware. We enjoyed the surround sound system, the location of the home to the beach is awesome, as well as close to the front entrance. Christine was good with communication and also so generous to share access to so many things in the home. On the contrary, there were also some areas of concern and disappointment- the home does not showcase in person as shown in pictures at all. The rugs are filthy and furniture needs extensive cleaning and/or replaced. The mattresses and bedding are also very fatigued and top layers needed to be washed. We felt the need to clean our way into the home to be comfortable. It is a home at the beach and understand it receives a lot of wear and tear but was not to our standard of cleanliness and comfort level. The home has beautiful bones but needs some updating and a lot of TLC.

We're pleased to hear that you appreciated many aspects of our home. It's heartening to know that you enjoyed the amenities and the generosity we strive to extend to all our guests. You mentioned the photos of our home were different. We redecorated and painted the main bedroom and twin bedroom. We recently completely renovated the master bathroom with a larger shower, soaking tub and new vanity since the photos were taken. We will update those photos. All the other rooms are the same as the untouched photos. With reference to the TLC needed, we strive to update as often as possible. December we had all the hardwood floors refinished. January we replaced the dishwasher and added a larger Weber grill. May we replaced 2 twin mattresses and the king mattress was replaced 2 years ago. In May, the carpets and upholstery were professionally cleaned The comforter in the main bedroom was new that week and others were washed that day. We apologize for any dissatisfaction you encountered during your stay. We're genuinely surprised by your comments on cleanliness, as maintaining a high standard of hygiene is of paramount importance to us. This year we have booked 21 weeks from previous renters and they have praised us for the upkeep and cleanliness of our home, Veranda Villa.

Great family getaway spot

This is a lovely property in a fabulous little community just outside Panama City beach. There was easy access to the airport, groceries and other local communities with great restaurants, etc. The house fit our family of 4 and our friends family of 3 well (with understanding the toddler slept in closet of parent’s bedroom). Plenty of great gathering space, large adult bedrooms, and a very well stocked kitchen. The owners communicated well and were very willing to answer questions in advance to make packing/ planning easier. They provide beach towels, sand toys, etc that all were more than enough for our group. We chose to rent the golf cart at a VERY good rate, and that was an excellent addition. There are 3 pools in the community (2 are normally heated). The owners provide a set of beach chairs complete with umbrella that are fabulous, as they are right by the unit. Even though it as Spring break, it wasn’t too crazy busy. We really enjoyed the family feel and the friendliness of the other visiting families (most of whom seem to come from the mid-west the week we were there). We were unlucky in the weather and experienced a bit of a cold front for our trip, but the house, community, and area all led to plenty of fun despite the chilly temps. The only heads up- the mattresses leave a little something to be desired. With the ocean air and lovely stress free environment I still slept great- but could bother some.

Jerry and I vacationed along the gulf coast each year. After many years we found Carillon Beach and never left. It is the most beautiful place we had seen on the gulf coast, with pastel houses and white picket fences. The houses weren’t packed in together, there were no busy roads to cross to get to the most gorgeous uncrowded beach. Kids were playing and riding their bikes in this picturesque gated community. We decided to purchase a home and looked around until we found Veranda Villa. We loved the wide porches for enjoying outdoor dining, the open bright layout and the highest cupola in Carillon so we can see everywhere. It stills seems magical to me whenever I drive down the road and start to see the colorful houses come into view, and I know we have found the perfect place. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Enjoying breakfast, cocktails and dinner on the porch.
Walking on the beach and around Carillon.
Dining at the great restaurants in the area.
Riding our golf cart when we're lazy or it's hot.
Relaxing on the porch with a good book.
