Welcome to Monel Cottage at Seacrest Beach: Step into Monel Cottage, a beautifully appointed beach house nestled in the heart of Seacrest Beach along 30A. This coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and a relaxing beach vibe, ideal for both quick getaways or longer stays. As you enter, you'll find yourself in the spacious and inviting living area, which is bathed in natural light and designed for relaxation. Comfortable seating surrounds the 65-inch Smart TV, making it perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



On cooler evenings, the electric fireplace adds warmth and charm, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, a spacious and well-equipped space featuring granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge with ice maker, oven, and convection microwave. Whether you're preparing a family meal or just grabbing a quick snack, you’ll have everything you need. The dining table, which seats 9, is perfect for family meals, and the kitchen island offers seating for 5, ideal for casual chats while the chef works.



On the first floor, you'll also find the King Bedroom, which offers a private retreat with a 50-inch Smart TV and easy access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, perfect for refreshing after a day of beach fun. When you're ready to retire, head upstairs to the second floor, where the Master Suite awaits. This spacious room features a king bed and a private balcony, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air.



The ensuite bathroom is a luxurious retreat, complete with a walk-in shower, an oversized soaking tub, and double vanities—everything you need to relax after a long day. The second floor also features a cozy Queen Bedroom and the Bunk Room, which is perfect for families or groups.



The Bunk Room offers a Full-over-Queen bunk bed and a Twin XL trundle, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Both rooms come equipped with 50-inch Smart TVs, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and enjoy their favorite shows. Finally, outside, you’ll find a welcoming front porch with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a sunset drink. The back patio features a propane grill (with propane provided), ideal for grilling fresh seafood or burgers while enjoying quality time with family and friends.

- Deeded Beach Access: Private access to the beach is just a short walk away (around 0.4 miles), and you'll be able to enjoy the pristine beaches of Seacrest Beach and beyond.

- Pool Access: The Seacrest Community Pool is just a 4-minute walk from the cottage. At over 12,000 square feet, it’s one of the largest resort-style pools on 30A—perfect for a refreshing swim.

- Beach Chairs & Beach Towels: Not included.



Parking & Transportation:

- Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, with 2 additional parallel parking spaces directly in front of the house, available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Bicycles: Enjoy 5 adult bikes to explore 30A in style.

- Seacrest Beach Seasonal Beach & Pool Shuttle/Tram Service: Seasonal service from March through October, providing easy transportation within the community, including to the beach and pool.



Guest Access:

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:

Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:

Rental address

Arrival & departure dates

Number of adults (11 & older) and children (10 & younger)

Year, make, model, color, and tag number of all vehicles parking at the residence

After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.

The Neighborhood:

Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.



Other Things to Note:

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.



Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.
